This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. After my 2007 Ford Mustang GT was totalled I started looking at some of my childhood dream cars. I always liked the Mitsubishi 3000GT Twin-Turbo and it was in my price range. They are rare and I wanted a nice example. I found a one owner Panama Green 1996 3000GT VR-4, all maintenance records and owned by an old surgeon. They say don't meet your heros but the VR-4 is modern day fast - it made my '07 Mustang GT feel slow and beat a friends 1991 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo with bald tires and a bad launch. In stock form it'll do 0-60 in 4.8-5.0s and the 1/4m in 13.3-13.6@101-105mph. I was sold on it the moment the twin turbos kicked in, the swell of power is enormous, not to mention the g force when launched from a stop. I put a K&N filter in mine, ran consistent 13.3-13.5@102-104mph bone stock besides that. Very impressive considering some of today's hot hatches run similar numbers in the 2020s. Due to the Active Aero system that my 1996 VR-4 had (1997-1999 models don't have it) it felt like 100mph was 60mph. I got it up to 145mph and it still had some pull. It is alive on long sweepers, put it through tight corners and it will comply with nose heavy characteristics. More fun in a straight line. Comfort wise the seats were amazing and held you in place. It's definitely a GT car and is meant to go long distances in comfort in all weather conditions and it does that perfectly. The back seats are harsh for anyone tall but no complaints from shorter people. Reliability: These cars take care of you if you take care of them. I had minimal issues but I made sure to find a specialist who only worked on Mitsubishi and specialized in 3000GTs. Had an idiot valet driver break reverse, luckily it was an easy $200 fix. I had the 60k maintenance service done and had my mechanic fix anything wrong with it. I've owned many cars and the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is one I keep coming back to. Beautiful, fast and rare.

What is their to say. The models from 08 to 15 where pretty amazing. The only thing I’ll start off with, is if your looking for a factory carbon fiber or crazy interior don’t stop at the Evo X. The interior is pretty relax compared to WRX models, aside and after that.. epic! Great handling, power control, upgrade options, support from vendors and forums like crazy. Handles like a prob without upgrades. Owned multiple cars, and this by far is my favorite.

This car has been in my hands from the beginning. I have been driving it as my daily driver for 5 years now. I have yet to have any major problems with the vehicle. I maintained it excellently and have all the paper work of what service was done and when. I upgraded components on it with the highest of quality. The Akrapovic exhaust is a very rare and wanted exhaust for this vehicle. It is a true sports car and is a beast on the tarmac along with snow.

It was absolutely fantastic. Like owning a pet dragon. It looked awesome with the Touring package, my personal favorite. It was very minimalist, but had just enough options. If I owned in the future I would add reverse & front camera along with an Android Auto head unit.

This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

The Outlander Sport is a fabulous CUV that is underrated. The handling and ride are perfect and does 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. The interior space is generous and attractive. The maintenance is simple to do. I change the oil and transmission service myself. The structure is solid and creak free. The car was a steal even in the sel trim.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !
