2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. I had been looking for a great SUV and I finally found one that I liked more than the Honda CRV. The Outlander is bigger, but so comfortable and easy to maneuver. It’s a great traveling vehicle. Great on gas too! If you are looking for an SUV that has 4WD, great on gas and easy to drive, the Mitsubishi Outlander is the vehicle for you!

We bought ours in the Summer of 2019. Just passed 14k and we hardly ever use gas! At about .80 cents for 25 mile charge you can't beat it. Comfortable, luxurious ride. Excellent Leather Seats. Plug up to a regular house outlet with charger provided with vehicle. Best vehicle we have ever owned.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

For my first car, it’s great and I love it. I’ve always wanted a car that wasn’t giant and making me uncomfortable. It’s extremely comfortable and the trunk space is amazing.

The 2002 Mitsubishi Montero LTD is most apparently the BEST car on the road. I have owned over 100 cars in my life time, and have owned this car for only ten years, it has over 230,000 miles on it now, and runs fresh as the day I bought it, when you hit a chug hole on the freeway its nothing, only a blip, very smooth ride, it will stop on a dime, and I mean a DIME, I got plenty of stories how it stops, it would be legendary if I told you. It also eats snow for breakfast, as if snow is nothing,...at ALL. Buy one you will never regret it.

Great value! Don’t hesitate to buy it if you can find a clean, well maintained, accident free example. They are relatively fast, not so expensive to maintain and not difficult to work on.

I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

It’s great I love it. It was very affordable and not to mention I haven’t had a single problem at 81,000 miles. Hopefully it stays that way I hear the weak point is it’s Nissan CVT transmission but I change the fluid for it every 20,000 miles and no problem for me.
