6 months ago, today, I bought a truck from Chelmsford Street Auto Sales. As I'm approaching my first oil change, I believe the verdict is out on how everything has gone. The experience I had here was very good. Ross was very accommodating to me when I purchased the truck and he made things very easy for me. He took care of just about everything I needed and was very thorough on the test drive/vehicle walk through/paperwork process. This place is definitely not the stereotypical sleazy used car dealership, and the environment is very low pressure. The first week I had the truck, I had a few minor problems come up with it. However, they were very prompt to fix these issues for me immediately. So far, I have not had any problems since that initial speed bump. Other than that, the truck had been looked over pretty well by their shop and several wearable parts were replaced prior to me getting it. I paid a little more than I think I should have for the truck, but that being said, I did end up with a pretty good vehicle. This isn't a dealer where you go to buy an old beater car. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, and want to be treated like a decent human being, I highly recommend this place.

Great comfortable ride. Great for trips under 25 miles, no gas needed. Preforms well on EV mode. I have been averaging around 32 mpg on trips 50-75 miles.

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. I appreciate the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 10 yr drive traine warranty which also includes the battery and 2 electric motors

We have owned our new vehicle for about 3mo now--We previously had been Ford owners, and were disappointed with the numerous Ford recalls, so we thought to try Toyota, after doing research on vehicle reviews, warranties, etc. Majed, our sales rep, assisted us in a test drive-we drove a used Rav 4, and fell in love with its smooth ride, and easy turn radius. My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

Very happy overall. Looks great and performs excellently. I do think the 3rd row seat is a joke and would rather have the space for storage or a spare tire. Suitable only for a child.

Of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, Dave Souza at Imperial Toyota was able to find the exact car I was hoping for (he kept looking long after we spoke in-person) and reached out when he found it. He was helpful, not pushy at all. …and I really like my RAV-4 Prime… it is so smooth and zippy to drive… and the supersonic red is extra fun.

2023 outlander SE, now has 6500 miles on it. We bought it mostly because it was the best value, and a relative has one and recommended it. We love it, was concerned about power but it has plenty if not in the fuel saving mode..which got us 36mpg highway. Took awhile to get used to all the safety features, but in short they are great. We’ve used all seven seats a couple of times, the back two are ok for short trips, but that was expected. They fold away nicely. Paint was perfect, it’s some kind of white diamond, looks different depending on sunlight. There are a lot of sw driven options, could be confusing for older non-sw savvy folks. We have only used service for one issue, which turned out to be a user configurable issue (lane encroachment warning). It was working as designed, also the cruise control front vehicle avoidance was a pleasant surprise. Love this vehicle. We live on a pot hole filled dirt road, vehicle taking it well so far. It does have a stiff suspension, noticeable on our dirt road, but fine on paved roads. It is the all wheel drive version, we’ll see how it handles snow soon. Oh, ground clearance is decent, not too low. We do not have the on board guidance system, but can use apple play. Wife would have preferred this option. Another good surprise, it e-mails us notifications of warnings on the dash board, like “low tire pressure”. Cool. One last thing, we very seldom see another one on the road. Odd…this is a great vehicle.

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. Bought it brandnew in year 2011 with only 6 miles on odometer. Have Dailydrived since, makes routine commute such a fun. Also been to many motorsport events on real racetracks and this Evo NEVER let me down. My racing instructor who is a formers F1 driver loves my Evo, especially this SST dual-clutch transmission's behavior/logic when racing. I will keep my baby Evo X MR FOREVER!

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!
