Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Michael Baldwin, Sales Consultant, responded professionally, and very timely, to my inquiry about the availability of the car, and we quickly arranged a test drive. Upon our first meeting, Michael provided me with CarFax reports on the vehicle and introduced me to Sean, his Sales Manager, who answered additional questions about the dealership and their approach to selling vehicles (Sean also served up an excellent espresso, which was a nice touch). Although the vehicle is not perfect I have not been in any brand that has.The vehicle is actually stylish and vehicle is comfortable I downloaded the app and to date it does work fine.I have owned the vehicle for 4 months now so only time will tell. I appreciate the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 10 yr drive traine warranty which also includes the battery and 2 electric motors

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

There is a reason I keep coming back to these gems. I'm about to purchase my 4th one. I've owned a GS for 10 years and 2 GTs for 7 years. One being a Spyder which I always said was the best car I ever owned. Perfectly balanced, fast, great looks, beatiful paint colors. A blast to drive. The interior lighting and the 650 watt Rockford Fosgate are AMAZING. Everything feels right about the car. And the cost of ownership is great, just basic maintenance. I regretted getting rid of them all (traded 2 for a Vette). After 2 years, I"m going back. Found a Spyder GT in Rave Red and it will arrive soon. I can't wait to drive this gem of a car again!

I would like to take a minute and say though I didn't buy from them, it was not due to their professionalism and were good to work with sending images and good conversation of a vehicle they had. I ended up buying closer to home. That said I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them as they are good to work with on the front end at least.

I love that this vehicle is a suv but in a smaller more sporty vehicle. So far I have enjoyed all the bells and whistles of this vehicle.

It’s great I love it. It was very affordable and not to mention I haven’t had a single problem at 81,000 miles. Hopefully it stays that way I hear the weak point is it’s Nissan CVT transmission but I change the fluid for it every 20,000 miles and no problem for me.

Our sales lady (D'Andra) was very polite and understanding of our time constraints and made sure that everything kept moving to get the deal done. The staff as a whole was very nice and they were not pushy to try and get us to give them an answer quickly.

THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

I purchased a used Genesis GV70 Electrified and worked with Michael Baldwin. I knew the car I wanted and Michael was easy to work with. He let me check the car out at my own pace and didn't try to hype it. I contacted Michael over a week after the sale inquiring about title and he quickly got me the information. My experience with Michael has been fantastic. The only complaint I have is about the dealership adding a $695 fee for some cheesey paint and interior treatment that are either non existent or the most inferior products ever. I washed the car after getting home from a 2 day road trip and there is no hydrophobic property at all, no feel of a smoothness that one would expect if a paint treatment was actually applied. I have experience with numerous paint protection treatments and ceramic coatings and this was not worth $95 much less the ridiculous $695. For that money I expect to get something, go get a bottle of DIY Detail Quick Beads so there is at least an appearance of something useful on the paint.

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

Bought it brandnew in year 2011 with only 6 miles on odometer. Have Dailydrived since, makes routine commute such a fun. Also been to many motorsport events on real racetracks and this Evo NEVER let me down. My racing instructor who is a formers F1 driver loves my Evo, especially this SST dual-clutch transmission's behavior/logic when racing. I will keep my baby Evo X MR FOREVER!

I love it. Besides the turning radius. loud on the highway. Very fast car. Takes a while to get used to in the beginning. Otherwise I’ll get another one if I had the money.
