traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

The second you pick up the phone and call, they are very pleasantly friendly. They answer all of your questions, been a family business for a long time. Theyll always negotiate a decent price or work with you. Any concerns, they make you feel like family!!!. I recommend this place to any one that comes or lives in worcester!!!! Own 2 2022 Outlanders. Both have been great. More bells and whistles than I’ve ever had. View is great and interior is awesome. Seats and driving position are excellent. 360 camera and all the sensors make parking easier. Fits so much. 3 issues I have is no spare tire, center console trim comes undone over time and both had shaking hoods that was part of a recall that took a while to get fixed.

I came in for routine maintenance on my vehicle. I was greeted quickly and efficiently. Service was done in a timely manner.

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I love that this vehicle is a suv but in a smaller more sporty vehicle. So far I have enjoyed all the bells and whistles of this vehicle.

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

Earlier this month I leased my 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid Plug In at Grieco Hyundai. I asked my salesman, Alex to order mud guards for me. They finally arrived last week and Alex told me to come by this past weekend. Alex greeted me at the door with a smile, and took me to the Service Dept. He asked to have the mud guards put on. Within a few minutes my Santa Fe was being taken into the Service area. Without a scheduled appointment, my mud guards were put on. When I went to pay the bill ~ it was less than expected thanks to Alex : ) Not only am I happy that I leased my Santa Fe Hybrid at Grieco Hyundai - l am also amazed how Alex has gone “above and beyond” for me every step of the way !! I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

We own three Outlander PHEVs and there are plety of them out there used with low mileage. I would not purchase one used as the MSRP is over 40K.

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

I love my Mitsubishi Outlander, it has been one of my favorite vehicles! I have driven cross country, it drives well in the snow, up and down the hills of Wyoming County! I am really upset they have been discontinued because I had planned to buy a new one this summer!

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.
