I bought this used 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander SE in 2014 with about 23,000 miles on it. All 8 years that I’ve had it, with the odometer now at just over 100,000 miles, the only things I had done on it is put in a new set of tires twice and and brake pads replacement/service twice. It has never broken down on me, or required any repair whatsoever in all the 8 years and more than 80,000 miles that I have had it. The on-demand 4-wheel drive feature works great in the snow. It does not have the most powerful engine, but is more than adequate for everyday commuting and has proven to be extremely reliable and sturdy. The brand may not rank well against the more acclaimed ones, but I think I got the year model that turned out to be a gem of a pick. I have owned 3 Toyotas, 2 Hondas, 1 Hyundai, 1 Mazda and 1 Chrysler, and I can rank this Mitsubishi along with the Honda as my best ever in reliability, durability and value.

After looking for 4 months ,we bought a f150 and f250.Alex was awesome!!!! He helped us transport the cars from IL to Cali,paperwork was easy , he did everything for ! Wish we had dealers like this in San Diego! Will come again to buy another car! Thanks Alex!!!

Dependable suv money can buy. The outlander sport drives awesome and the gas milage isn't bad for being an SUV. Would recommend this SUV for anyone looking for a new suv without breaking the bank.

Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

Absolutely love my Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Beautiful Dimond Red and black leather Interior great ride S Active AWD The only down is the lack of horsepower but I didn't buy for a race car but for the warranty and dependability.

Steve Arnold is always honest and happy to explain what my vehicle service needs are. I trust the Oak Brook Toyota service department. I have purchased multiple vehicles at Oakbrook Toyota over the years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my vehicle purchases or vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Overall, my experience buying an Accord from Muller Honda was a positive one. Salesman Kurt Kim was professional and straight forward. Still, I would suggest the dealer should lay out extended warranty options earlier in the process, not when you have already decided to buy and are about to sign over a check. Also, the fact that the dealer added on a fee over the MSRP was not surprising, but still disappointing. It does not generate dealer loyalty going forward. But this is my fourth Accord from Muller and I haver always beemn happy with them.

We bought ours in the Summer of 2019. Just passed 14k and we hardly ever use gas! At about .80 cents for 25 mile charge you can't beat it. Comfortable, luxurious ride. Excellent Leather Seats. Plug up to a regular house outlet with charger provided with vehicle. Best vehicle we have ever owned.

I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

I needed to purchase a car due to an accident that was not my fault. A stressful situation already. Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.
