Very accomodating because I did not have nobody to bring the purchased car to drive to home since I had to drive myself to go there so they were ok to have one of their workers (Luis) drive all the way to my house then drive me back to the dealership to pick up the car. I bought this used 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander SE in 2014 with about 23,000 miles on it. All 8 years that I’ve had it, with the odometer now at just over 100,000 miles, the only things I had done on it is put in a new set of tires twice and and brake pads replacement/service twice. It has never broken down on me, or required any repair whatsoever in all the 8 years and more than 80,000 miles that I have had it. The on-demand 4-wheel drive feature works great in the snow. It does not have the most powerful engine, but is more than adequate for everyday commuting and has proven to be extremely reliable and sturdy. The brand may not rank well against the more acclaimed ones, but I think I got the year model that turned out to be a gem of a pick. I have owned 3 Toyotas, 2 Hondas, 1 Hyundai, 1 Mazda and 1 Chrysler, and I can rank this Mitsubishi along with the Honda as my best ever in reliability, durability and value.

Same day service for belts and spark plugs. In and out the door fast. I even went to the wrong branch and was still served! Wonderfully efficient.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

I love the look both outside and inside! For me it has more than enough speed. I can easily go 80 to overtake a vehicle on the freeway, which is plenty enough for me. I'm not on a race track. I'm surprised at how features it has on the inside. I'm thinking of replacing the shocks for a more comfortable ride, but other than that, I'm very satisfied!

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

Absolutely love my Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Beautiful Dimond Red and black leather Interior great ride S Active AWD The only down is the lack of horsepower but I didn't buy for a race car but for the warranty and dependability.

This car is definitely similar in quality to competitors with better brand exposure such as Honda or Toyota. In 6 years of ownership My family put almost 105K miles with many trips out of state without any issues. I had typical maintenance such as brakes / rotors and rear struts. NYC roads are not exactly great quality. This car went through a lot and is holding up as good as Honda or Toyota for a lot less money. I have owned Hondas and Toyota's in the past. Toyota Highlander was my first choice it was almost $43k for the fully loaded version at the time. I paid $25K plus tax for the limited S-Mitsubishi Outlander AWD model. Last thing to note when driving smoothly I reached 39 mpg on the highway fully loaded on eco mode crusing at 62 mph.

This is my third outlander and love them all great mileage with 4 and pep as well The only thing I which it did was start out in ECO get close to 30 mpg and it holds my 150 lb dog with lots of room

So far, this vehicle is good on gas, comfortable and controls are driver-friendly (to me). This is the first CV transmission I've had and did take a short time to get used to. All the room I need and comfortable ride.

I’m at 218000 miles. The only failures have been a $30 brake switch and the radio touch screen. I do required maintenance and drive carefully. This vehicle has outstanding reliability.

When I purchased this truck/SUV with the help of my cousins, I fell in love immediately!! The color was perfect, the size was perfect, and it would be great for all seasons. I am an animal rescuer so I would have the space for crates and supplies. My only surprise was the amount of fuel that this little 4 cylinder consumes! I had a Ford Focus prior to this and was used to one fill-up a month and now I need about 3 fill-ups for about the same traveling.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it
