Began my search on line. Exchanged communication with Lisa in internet sales. Told her exactly what I was looking for right to to the trim level, color, and add-ons. She set me up with an appointment at the Zeigler dealership. The sales manager set met up with Isaiah. Isaiah had my trade evaluated and we hammered out the details. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock so the ordered it in for me. I picked it up the following weekend. The entire experience was excellent. There were no games and no hassles at all. Isaiah hung in there to make sure I received everything I wanted. The entire staff... even the other salespeople were spectacular. Great 1st class experience from beginning to end. traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

Made online appointment. Was given feedback right away. Appointment was on time. Friendly check in. Given text updates and phone call when completed. Recall was completed with regular maintenance. Vehicle looked great when picked up!

Bought new in 2017, then learned Mitsu as a company was not doing well, thought I made a mistake, now, 5 years later have had zero problems, (I kept up on all maintenance), it is THE best value car I have ever owned. (Hondas, Nissans, Subi, Chevy's). 110k and engine is like new. Roomy, simple, enough clearance for dirt roads here, good on gas, and smooth on hwy. I laugh at the bad reviews. They are flat wrong.

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

Purchased new in March of 2022. Two and a half years and 20000 miles later still happy, only issues I’ve had are wireless charger doesn’t seem to work right and sometimes the backup cam/parking sensor think I’m parking when coming to a stop light. Otherwise love it

Very happy overall. Looks great and performs excellently. I do think the 3rd row seat is a joke and would rather have the space for storage or a spare tire. Suitable only for a child.

I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

Great comfortable ride. Great for trips under 25 miles, no gas needed. Preforms well on EV mode. I have been averaging around 32 mpg on trips 50-75 miles.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. Came back from deployment and was in the market to purchase a vehicle. I was blown away when I took this car for a test drive. It is powerful, has great view, nice luxury feel of the car, nice memory seats (one also for my small wife whenever she needed to drive it). The car is made is Japan and workmanship is noticed. Nice stitching on the seats as well. The extra specs for the SEL made the car feel higher end (heated seats for front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, panoramic roof was awesome!). Mainly used for commuting to work, but if kids needed a ride, they preferred my outlander over the van! There was a recall but got that fixed easily. No other issues with my Outlander that I’ve experienced so far. Happy customer!

What is their to say. The models from 08 to 15 where pretty amazing. The only thing I’ll start off with, is if your looking for a factory carbon fiber or crazy interior don’t stop at the Evo X. The interior is pretty relax compared to WRX models, aside and after that.. epic! Great handling, power control, upgrade options, support from vendors and forums like crazy. Handles like a prob without upgrades. Owned multiple cars, and this by far is my favorite.

2023 outlander SE, now has 6500 miles on it. We bought it mostly because it was the best value, and a relative has one and recommended it. We love it, was concerned about power but it has plenty if not in the fuel saving mode..which got us 36mpg highway. Took awhile to get used to all the safety features, but in short they are great. We’ve used all seven seats a couple of times, the back two are ok for short trips, but that was expected. They fold away nicely. Paint was perfect, it’s some kind of white diamond, looks different depending on sunlight. There are a lot of sw driven options, could be confusing for older non-sw savvy folks. We have only used service for one issue, which turned out to be a user configurable issue (lane encroachment warning). It was working as designed, also the cruise control front vehicle avoidance was a pleasant surprise. Love this vehicle. We live on a pot hole filled dirt road, vehicle taking it well so far. It does have a stiff suspension, noticeable on our dirt road, but fine on paved roads. It is the all wheel drive version, we’ll see how it handles snow soon. Oh, ground clearance is decent, not too low. We do not have the on board guidance system, but can use apple play. Wife would have preferred this option. Another good surprise, it e-mails us notifications of warnings on the dash board, like “low tire pressure”. Cool. One last thing, we very seldom see another one on the road. Odd…this is a great vehicle.
