I'm like a lot of people that don't like dealing with a car dealer...I've had bad experiences in the past. This was the smoothest, easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership. When I arrived I was greeted by Russell McPaul who answered all of my questions, brought up a vehicle to take for a test drive and worked with me throughout the purchasing process. I also spoke with Dan Castillo who I worked with to make the deal. There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years with this being my first Hyundai and this by far was the best experience I have had. Great job by all!

This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

Came in on a Saturday at 1:00pm asked if I purchased the vehicle that day would it be ready for me to take it home. I was surprised when the salesman said yes. Sure enough I was driving home in a new truck that day! Had a great experience at bob Ruth!!!

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

I bought the Reserve trim with the Tech package, Climate Package, 3.0l Twin Turbo V6, and AWD. Overall - This is a take on the modern American midsize luxury sedan that accidentally became the fastest vehicle Lincoln has ever made. Comfort - The seats in the MKZ feel more akin to a neatly fitted recliner with its many leavers to get the perfect position. It might take a few moments to get everything just right, but when you do, it's like sitting on a fluffy golden retriever. Its warm, comfortable, and always happy to see you. Drivability - This is an easy vehicle to drive. The AWD is great for putting the power down and not getting stuck on ice or mud. The handling is soft enough to put the family to sleep at the end of the day. Great visibility, easy to drive at night even in the rain. Interior - The inside looks, feels, and fits the price of this car and not the typical cheap American sedan. Touch points are nice. The inputs work how you would expect them to work. The return of physical buttons and knobs are welcome one, I much rather have the controls of a 4th generation fighter jet over a smart phone. Tech - The tech is fine. Blindspot is fine. Radar cruise control is fine. The auto high beams is fine. The touch screen OS is hopeless. The backup camera is fine. The stereo is fine. Performance - This is my favorite part of the car. Keep it in the low RPMs and you are just driving around any plain whatever V6 sedan. Nothing unusual here. Start rolling into the power and at 2750 you will hit max torque of 400 lbft. Planted your foot firmly to the floor and you will get all 400 HP at 5500 RPMs. With some grippy tires, the tested 0-60 is 4.8s. This makes this sedan a bit of a sleeper. Like I said, this version of the MKZ accidently became Lincoln's fastest car. Exterior - The MKZ has been accused of being a "tart" up ford fusion, but this revision is actually different. The MKZ is physically taller, wider, longer, and its own styling. Lincoln's design language is to be subtle and not draw attention. Paint in black with its shiny grill, it looks more like a 2000s jag than a 2010's ford. Reliability - 59000 miles and had to replace a sparkplug cable for an intermit issue. No other issues to report. Value - Used market is where a car like this has a ton of value. 400 hp, fit and finish, comfort you'd expect, and at a price that most could afford. Look at any of its competitors and they will have less features, less power, or cost way more for similar. If you dont want the power, you can find better options, but for the entire package this is difficult to beat.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and have been extremely impressed with the comfort, ride quality and performance. Interior is aesthetically pleasing, well-appointed with leather and wood accents and high-grade plastic components. Seats are extremely comfortable and supportive. The engine is more than powerful enough, and ride is comfortable yet sporty. The size is perfect for someone looking for more room that traditional sedan, but not and oversized SUV. AWD has proven to be effective in the wet weather and I anticipate good performance in the snow this winter.

Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

Overall, I’m in love with this car. I’ve had it for a little over a year now after purchasing it used with 140000km it’s happily taken me over 550km consecutively, has literally climbed out of every situation a car shouldn’t have, including a ditch, and hasn’t needed any maintenance other than your basic oil changes and flat tires (likely due to a surplus of burnouts). Whoever wrote that this car is isn’t fast likely hasn’t driven this car because Mazda go zoom zoom and before I hit maximum acceleration I ended up gravelplaning at 180. Also for a four cylinder this motor has an amazing take off and refuses to redline!(Thats a really good thing.) Lastly, my check engine light has been on for the entirety of my ownership.

I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!
