I have a 2005 dakota that I purchased new. I love it. 18 years of owning it. I have had very few issues. I use for hauling and recently I have been using it for highway driving. It just works. It's nothing fancy in fact it's kind of utilitarian. But I does everything I need it to do. I do maintain it well. but I have only had minor issues. The fuel mileage is not great but it's a truck.

The attention to detail and the time that Robb took to make sure I understood all the information was exceptional. It wasn't a transaction, it was an experience that made us feel comfortable and at ease.

My 2014 Equinox LTZ has over 200,000 miles on it. Been the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned including a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Will buy Equinox again.

Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! I love my car!! It’s fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. I have had it for 9 years and I have only had to replace a battery and get new tires! It’s a 5 speed, which I love! The only drawback is my husband is 6’1 so it’s kind of small for him, so no long road trips in my car! lol! But I am 5’2 and it’s a perfect fit. We are moving to Vermont and keeps telling me I need to trade it in for a 4wd, especially for snow and mud season. I just really do not want to give up my little car. I do want to buy a new Ford Bronco, so hoping since my Fiesta is paid off I can have both. It can be my summer car!! I have always had Ford Vehicles they never let me down!!

Bought a Saturn Sky that Jim was up front with me about the fact it had a rebuilt title. Showed me the pics, it was really not serious damage. Good competitive price on the car, low mileage and had it delivered to my front door across the state after my brother took it for a test drive for me. The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

Just bought a used 2007 Dakota quad cab. In excellent shape for its ago. What made this such a great experience is we negotiated the price and then he fixed 2 of the issues I pointed out on the truck before i picked it up. He changed the radiator from a really small leak and adjusted the back brake. I already agreed to buy it so he didnt have to fix it. He really did go above and beyond to ensure a happy customer. Thumbs up.

2014 Malibu has been the perfect car. 355,000 miles and still going strong. Only minor repairs (wheel bearings, 1 O2 sensor and a valve timing solenoid), all preventative maintenance, and 33mpg lifetime average. Drivers seat is worn but all else is still in good condition.

It's been a reliable and dependable car, other than a waterpump replacement early on, under warranty, it has had no mechanical issues. I purchased this car new from the dealership.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

This generation of Focus is a very good buy. They are a long lasting car, I have done oil changes 15k-20k miles. My car is currently sitting at 298k miles on its original engine and transmission. It has had routine repairs like wheel bearings, a fuel pump, an engine mount and quite a few tires. If you’re looking for a cheap reliable car, you don’t need a Honda, you need this Ford Focus.

We were shopping for a new SUV and met Robb Gergen who graciously went out of his way to satisfy us by showing available vehicles, going in a test drive and answering all questions. We had not made up our mind on what brand and needed more time. After letting him know we were also interested in a Honda and Toyota and would know our dr idiom in a few days. My 2012 Volt was purchased brand new on Groundhogs Day, 2012, and is now 14 years old! Knock on wood, I've not had any issues with it except a tire that doesn't hold air as well as the other 3 tires. And once all of the dashboard lights came on to “Check engine”. Turns out that the computer system in the car needed to be updated, and that was that. I mainly run it on electricity around town and to nearby areas, so the mileage is in the mid-50's. However, it has been driven numerous times from Ohio to Raleigh, NC, to the Outer Banks several times, to Maryland many times, and to the Adirondacks, and often to the Cleveland Airport. So it has been driven decent miles using gasoline as well. My mpg on gasoline is typically 42, but that can vary if driving over mountains vs flat land or city driving vs country roads. It has been a very comfortable car for me. The only downside has been that heated steering wheels were not offered back then. That is the only feature that I wish it had. I've put the backseats down and over the years have transported a kayak, a bicycle, and several other large items. So useful! Heated seats make me so warm that I rarely turn on the actual car heater, which of course, helps save the battery in winter. In the winter, my mileage has been 32 miles on complete battery. But this year, it's gone down to 29 as the battery is aging. However, in the Summer, I easily get 45-50 miles. Your mpg also depends on how you drive the car. I'm not heavy-footed and tend to coast toward a red light rather than gun it then slam on my brakes. What a waste of energy! The battery regenerates while coasting, so I often will coast down hills, too. The Volt has plenty of power if in a situation where you really need a quick blast to get out of a dangerous situation — especially if running on battery. It can be up to 60 in no time! BTW, the Volt's body has held up beautifully! It looks like a new car. It has never been garaged and has sat outside in the elements for the past 14 years. My plan is to run it for many more years until issues begin to arise. But at 55,000, she's still a young pup with lots more vim and vinegar. Fingers crossed! I only wish Chevy had not converted the Volt assembly line to trucks. I think they did the general public a disservice by discontinuing them. I would buy another one if they came back.

This is the first Chevy I have owned. 2002 LS Inline 6. 278000 miles not leaking oil. Other then factory parts failed ie “sway bar links” Transmision was replaced at 250,000. Running strong very reliable.

I bought my 2013 Dodge dart brand new in November of 2012. My kids called it my in life crisis car I called it My last car I'm ever going to buy 😂 it is now April of 2024 and I have 24,500 mi on the car and the only thing I've had to do was normal maintenance, change oil and replace tires. I love the Dodge dart and I checked the gas mileage last weekend after a trip and I got 32 mi to the gallon. Very happy! When I dye my grandson will be happy to have it also.

The interior is useless as a family car. Rip the back seats out, and just take the added trunk space. Performance wise, this model of GT is the fastest Eclipse to ever leave the factory, and in the GS form, turbos are easily installed on the 4G69; the big block of the 4G6# motor world, with the best flowing head of the series (sorry evo owners!). On an OEM evo intake manifold, it'll make peak power at 7200rpm, so it's a very happy motor to rev, with about a limit of 8200rpm on the stock valvetrain. Comfort wise, it's very nice on stock suspension without much float. Driving wise, in its stock form it's not as locked down as other sports cars, eg, Audi TT. Though that can be changed with fresh poly motor mounts, and stiffer sway bars or springs. Looks wise, it's bubbly. But once lowered a couple inches, it's there with the looks of a Porsche Reliability wise, with aggressive track use and 200,000 on the body (70,000 with me) total, 3 of the 4 wheel bearings are OEM, 2 sway bar end links had to be changed, and otherwise it has just been standard maintenance required. Keep in mind, the car is a GS running 500hp on a stock transmission, upgraded motor, and custom turbo setup. So when at the track, it sees far more abuse than a stock one ever would. For your typically daily driven car, it's fantastic. Commonly they last over 400,000km, but the main killer is the timing system. The timing belt AND balance shaft belt MUST be changed every 160,000km

Bought my parents vehicles here as well so I must trust them...Jim treats us like family and always fixs any issues right away...I don't buy;anywhere else!

I only have this not quite a month now and it is a nice jeep, I think a bit of a gas guzzler somewhat but overall so far i'm very happy, its a used car with low miles so i'm not expecting perfection ... we will see but so far i like the look i've done some things to improve its look as well and overall 3.5 stars i guess is best to say. Brought with 76k miles.

2007 Silverado 1500 engine 5.3 runs great 150k miles exterior rocker panels have rotted out cab corners also! Have had oil change every 3000 miles burn's no oil ride's great yet.

I bought the car used at 191,669 and she now at 208,781 miles. She is a good reliable car the only things that broke where thing the previous owner neglected, headliner was removed before I got her. She ran out of coolant when I first got it and over heated and the temp gauge topped out but few thousand miles later head gasket is fine the only problem is a slight lifter tick that was there when i bought the car. She will spin tire if you know how. The seats are comfortable
