He invited us to come back personally to allow him to make everything right. He came out of his office to talk to us and apologized for things that happened. He went out of his way to resolve our problem and we ended up closing the deal. My wife picked out the car and the salesman (Goss) was patient with no pressure. He made the car buying experience very good for her. The only reason that buying experience is 4 stars is Kia Motor Finance after having bought 2 cars through them with no issues what so ever and a FICO of 808 wouldn't finance this one???? We did get a great interest rate through another lender, Kia you missed this one. As far as the buying experience goes it was fun. Jim helped Laura in a very professional and patient fashion and was very knowledgeable in answering questions. Thank you all for a pleasurable buying experience.
