I just bought a new vehicle from Billion and had an excellent experience. I was a bit hesitant and cautious working with them at first, since this site has so many negative reviews for this dealer, but the experience was absolutely top-notch all the way around. I knew exactly what car I wanted, with the exception of the color. We had worked out the financials of the deal over email, as I live approx. 2 hours away from this dealer. Upon arrival, the two cars were up front and ready for me, the salesperson was very courteous and welcoming, I selected the car and had no surprises at all during the purchasing process. They held true to the numbers we had worked out before my arrival, and made the 2 hour drive 100% worth it. I would absolutely work with them again, and in particular, my salesperson (Jeff).

I bought my Subaru in 2023 because it only had 60,000 miles on the OD. It's the minimal 2.5X model, but I couldn't pass up the car at such a low price. After driving it for over a year, I put only 6000 miles on it. I took it to the Subaru dealer for NY state inspection, and had the brakes replaced, and paid for the 60000 mi Subaru recommended service. I love this car, especially since I can connect my iPod to the blue tooth and play my music library. It is a bit noisy on the highway, but it's not the luxury model, so that's expected. The Subaru dealer said everything on the car was real solid. So far it has been very dependable, and easy to drive in the snow. It has no leaks, no dents, no squeaks, no problems. I've owned and driven 8 Subaru's over the past 40 years, and I'm hoping to keep my 2013 model and drive it for at least another 10 years.

Experience was better than I was hoping for. Received more for my trade-in than I thought I would and did not receive an arm-twisting experience to acquire a new car. Sales person, Jacob, was very friendly and laid back and made the whole process very smooth. All my questions were answered immediately and politely. Will definitely recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to purchase good used or new car.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn?t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I’ve always had great customer service and repairs done on my car anytime I’ve had to bring it in for preventative maintenance. Having the car washed is an added perk. Thanks to customer service, mechanics and to the person(s) that keeps the outside of my car looking great! It’s very much appreciated!

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

My experiance with Billion Hyundai in Iowa City was all good. I live 170 miles away,so most of the deal was worked out online. When I arrived,the salesperson was courteous and helpful.And the car was clean and ready for me to drive.I`m glad I made the drive to Billion.I think the price I paid was fair,and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

After having dealt with a few other dealers more local, that made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them, we drove over an hour to view a vehicle we saw online at Browns. Having called beforehand to verify it was still on the lot, when we arrived Alex already had it pulled and ready for us to view. It was exactly what we were looking for and he and Trent from financing had us out the door in our new (to us) truck in a few hrs., after giving us a great deal on our trade in and purchase. We highly recommend Browns to anyone looking for a vehicle and will be passing this on to all our friends, to make sure they start their search with them.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

Carousel Nissan were great to work with. Justin Batziel was honest and we were not pushed into any deal. We felt no pressure at all. We have had previous Nissans and I feel very comfortable with the service department.

Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. Maintenance is key Chevrolet did a great job on the exterior of this truck, love the look and color. Nothing bad to say only a positive experience.

Inquired on Vehicle on a sunday night, Had a sales assistant contact me back that same night. Sale's consultant contacted me right away monday morning by 7:15am. He sent me their Ipacket and sent me a video of the vehicle. A few things weren't covered in the video about the body that would have been nice to know, but overall a good experience buying sight unseen.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

Darnell helped to narrow down what I needed to do to get what I wanted. We decided to order just that and it was a wonderful experience all around. They gave me updates and kept me informed throughout the process. When the car came in I was treated like a VIP and had a smooth process getting paperwork completed for the best deal. They spent time making sure I knew how to operate the features set to my preferences. The best experience I have had buying a car. I highly recommend them to be your dealership too. 2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.
