My fiancé and I kept going back and forth on what vehicle to purchase and if we should go through with it based on the payments. Ricardo showed us the pricing for both financing and leasing for the Platinum and SL. He worked with his Sales Manager, Jonathan G. to get us the best deal possible. They were all patient and professional. Even Ed Trott, the finance advisor was super friendly. We came with a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD and left with a brand-new 2023 Nissan Rogue! I inquired about a used car, no pictures had been uploaded at the time. Eric Eickelmann Was the sales consultant I chose from their online list. He responded quickly, located the vehicle, provided some pictures and answered my questions. They gave me an appraisal on my vehicle sight unseen, which was fair. We negotiated price and got financing approved before I even went to the dealer. I live on the East coast of Florida. On the selected day, I drove over to Naples (154 miles). The vehicle had been serviced and detailed. Looked like a new vehicle (2016 Mazda CX-5 Sport manual 6 speed). It was certified by the dealer. Eric was thorough and kept me informed every step of the process. A true professional. I have no complaints and know he would assist again if the need arises.

I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. Very pleased with Juan Guerrero’s service, we had issues adding the car to our insurance but he was amazingly patient with all of that. I will definitely recommend anyone to go and see him! However I can not say the same about the finance person, he was making rude comments about my job and not very pleasant.

All the oil leaked out of my car and I had it towed to this dealership for repair. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly. The service was excellent and I will be a lifelong customer.

I want to share my experience with Ford Naples, which provided excellent service during what could have been a very stressful situation with my 2024 Ford Escape ST-Line. The Naples service team, especially Paul and Shawn, were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. My Escape was first brought in for service due to two rear window regulators needing replacement, a transmission leak, and a catalytic converter replacement. Unfortunately, I had to bring the vehicle back a second time for the same rear window regulator issues, along with a turbocharger replacement. Because of the repeated issues and the amount of time my vehicle spent in the shop, I contacted Ford Corporate. Nicolas was outstanding — he returned my call the same day and confirmed that my vehicle qualified under Florida’s Lemon Law. The entire process took less than two weeks. Ford paid off my loan in full, and the vehicle was surrendered back to Ford. While I did need to purchase a new vehicle, I worked with Henry in Sales, who is an amazing salesperson and someone my family and I have trusted for approximately 10 years. As always, Henry made the process smooth and stress-free. I can honestly say that Ford Naples and Ford Corporate handled this situation exceptionally well. The communication, follow-up, and professionalism were impeccable from start to finish. I truly appreciate everyone involved for turning a difficult situation into a positive experience.

We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

Service writer Laura was excellent. That's all that was excellellent. Came in for oil change and asked to have tires set to 32lbs. Fr was set to 47lbs, FL was set to 38lbs,, blwas set to 35lbs, and br was set to37lbs. This type of service from a dealership is pathetic. Bought car there in August at that time tag light was hanging out, broken. They said it would be replaced but on Friday they made me pay $145. Please contact me to rectify.
