I had to deal with this dealership for a car sale... from moment one to the time they bought my car this team was top notch from being greeted at the driveway to figuring out the process they were fantastic. I watched not only how they dealt with me but all the customers either buying a new car or receiving service. Even the way they handled giving me a ride 30 miles home. Honestly, it seems like Kia dealerships are the best I've gotten to work with and I've bought cars from park place and sewell (puke). If you're in the market for any kind of vehicle Kia Granbury was TOP NOTCH.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Mazda has an amazing line-up of vehicles. This dealership represents the brand very well and has a great team of folks. 👍 We've bought two new Mazdas from them this year. Savannah is a great sales consultant that is patient and kind. Ask for her! Thanks again Hiley Mazda Burleson for making car buying easy and fun! This 2026 Equinox has been great but I sure would have liked to have received an Owner's Manual with it. The dealer was not a good experience.

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

I love my Buick Envision ST - it drives like a dream, has all the comfort and convenience I could ask for, and then some! The ride handling is immaculate, smooth contoured curves make it look really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the new car all the time!

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

Went to Finance where Kodee made that part the most painless and pleasant I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone there was friendly and really eager to ensure they delivered what I wanted. A truly customer oriented dealership, along with best prices in the Metroplex. I've been a Nissan owner since 1992 and bought from several other dealerships. I am now a SouthWest customer for life! HIGHLY recommend them.

Really enjoy the CT4 purchased for the wife. Was looking for an entry level luxury car after driving mid size trucks for the past 20 years. Not to many bells and whistles to figure out the technology components are just basic and all I need for functionality. Could not be happier!
