Everything went smoothly and work-to-be-done was explained. I am an elderly woman and they do their best to be sure I understand what they are doing and what they feel should be taken care of with my older car. They are always very helpful.

Issac, the Nissan technician, was so helpful! He maintained excellent communication with me through the whole process of obtaining approval from the warranty company to cover the cost of a new transmission. The process took a few weeks during which he was calm and courteous through it all which helped me so much! We didn't purchase the vehicle at Bergstrom, but were treated with such respect! Thank you!

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

I purchased 2 new Mitsubishi Outlanders after doing Internet research on currently available mid-sized SUVs. A test drive nailed the choice. The 2025 model introduced several changes that have addressed prior criticisms about vague steering and hood vibrations and ride. The fit and finish of both exterior and interior is excellent, typical of a Japanese car and as good or better than the Toyota RAV4 or Nissan Rogue that were being considered (the Outlander and the Rogue share the same platform, but IMHO the Outlander is the better rendition). The interior of the SE trim is very plush at this price point with leatherette and suede seating that is supportive and "hugs" you and looks and feels better than more expensive luxury SUVs in this size class such as the Lincoln Corsair and Aviator. The standard Yamaha audio system produces astonishingly good sound with either Bluetooth audio or Sirius XM. The Outlander supports Android Auto, and its navigation is excellent. Steering feel is excellent and well-weighted, and braking is strong. The Outlander has a surprisingly small turning circle. The electronics assists and displays work flawlessly, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping and both front and rear parking assistance via the good-sized infotainment display screen, which also provides an overhead overall view (AI?). While the Outlander does have standard third-row seating, the seats and leg room are miniscule (suitable only for very small children or pets) and hard to access, but I plan to never use them for seating and keep them folded down to maximize cargo carrying space, which is even more generous with the second-row seatbacks folded down. Exterior styling is very bold and contemporary and distinctive, especially the front styling and the wheels; it has grown on me. The 2025 Outlander thankfully does not have that horrible stop-start feature where the engine shuts off if stopped at a traffic light, and in hot and humid Florida, the AC is not interrupted like on other new cars. The transmission shift lever is not intuitive to use, but eventually you get used to it (IMHO a simple rotary knob would be easier to use). The Outlander has a very generous power train warranty and comes with the initial three oil change services included. The horsepower is modest but more than adequate for city and suburban driving, and the CVT seems well mated to the engine and drives very smoothly. If Mitsubishi added a turbocharged version, that would certainly boost the acceleration.

My review is to comment on stellar service I receive EVERY TIME I bring my SantaFe in for work. Adam is our most frequent consultant and he is amazing! Great communication, kind and incredibly honest. The other day I stopped in without an appt and he wasn’t in. Fortunate for me, I encountered Lainey and in turn Caleb in service who graciously looked at my tires. They both were also great communicators, kind and accommodating! While people are so inclined to complain when there’s a problem, they often don’t compliment. These three set the bar high!

I couldn’t be happier with my 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Trail Edition. From the moment I sat behind the wheel, I knew this SUV was something special. The comfort level is off the charts—plush seating, smooth ride quality, and a cabin that feels like it was designed with long drives and family adventures in mind. Whether I’m cruising through the mountains or navigating city streets, it handles like a dream. And let’s talk about the looks—this thing is a head-turner! I’ve had people ask me about it at gas stations and parking lots just because it looks that good. Driving it is pure joy. Responsive steering, solid suspension, and just the right amount of power make every trip feel like a mini escape. @Mitsubishi really nailed the balance between utility and luxury here. If you’re looking for a vehicle that delivers on comfort, style, and performance, the Outlander Trail Edition is it. I’m in love with this ride!

A nice surprise. The interior is well done very comfortable. It rides good all things considered .it's a good buy. Great standard features. It comes with 12.3 screen android and apple features.

I?m an extremely busy person in medicine . I came in with limited time and sleep. My dealer , Larry R was phenomenal. He had all ready with the parameters I gave. I was in and out in no time and left the same day with a new vehicle 2025 Chevy Trax.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

I had a pleasant experience. The people there are always kind, the place is clean, a shuttle was offered, I turned it down but I like the idea that they will drop me off somewhere, then pick me up when my vehicle is ready

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! Hue was fantastic, very responsive and took the time to answer all questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Hue worked with us to find a car as we are over 4 hours away form the dealership. Hue went out and took specific photos of the vehicle for us. Highly recommend Hue and the dealership.

It was a great experience from the time we stepped into the dealership. We were made to feel welcome while we waited for our salesperson, Karla, had a great test ride and worked through financing options with Kevin. We picked the vehicle up two nights later.
