We have purchased 4 Mercedes-Benz and absolutely love the sales team (Tony!) and the service team (Jody, Cathi, Sam). I've been to other dealers and service places, and Zimbrick European is light years better! You never have to worry or second guess what they are saying. They also keep you super informed on how you car is doing with super detailed reports. I love the text communication and payment options-makes picking car up so convenient. We had an older car with high miles that developed issues, and they helped us out going above and beyond to minimize the stress...and eventually taking that one on trade for a new one! My 83 yr old mothere fell and broke her leg and needed surgery at the same time my only truck was down for a week to get parts and then install them. My rep (and daughter) Carissa quickly had a quote for a trade. Then after a 9 am commitment on my part, the crew got the truck undercoated and a bed cover installed for a 5:30 same day trade! I commented , praised, and thanked all the staff I saw that day. Then headed out to Madison to stay with my mother another night. Wonderful service!!
