This dealership had friendly staff, despite the fact that they were busy on a Saturday and only had 1 finance guy working. This slowed the process down a little, but even so, it was such a smooth process. I knew which vehicle I wanted upon going there, and the salesman, Jerry, was able to give me all the information I needed and answer all my questions without trying to sell me a more costly vehicle or any add-on features. I felt like they were straight forward and the most helpful for my purchase. There’s NO RUN-A-ROUND with these folks. In fact, my Mother and younger brother were there with me; and after seeing how the process went with my purchase, my brother bought a used BMW from them while we were there. He had a trade-in, and that process went just as smoothly for him. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase new or used.

Don’t like the dealer fees but most new car dealers have one. Watch the charge for the nitrogen air in the tires charge, total xx.

At 20 years old, I bought a truck I had always wanted. Unfortunately, with how far I live from work, I put miles on it faster than I could pay it down. As a result, it lost value quicker than I could keep up, and I felt stuck. Bryce Barnes was amazing to work with. He not only helped me get out of that truck, but also got me into a car with much better fuel efficiency that truly fits my needs. What meant a lot to me is that this car still reminds me of my truck — it has a similar feel and spaciousness, which was important because I loved everything about my truck. I’ve always been, and always will be, a truck girl — but this car is genuinely me, and it’s been amazing so far. I also want to thank the entire Mazda team. Maintenance on vehicle was great but when the dealership cleaned the vehicle, the top was missed. The dealership always seems to try to sell something extra like a new tire or extra service.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

I’m a three-year veteran of the Coastal Kia dealership, having leased a 2021 Sportage and purchased two older Kias for my son and daughter-in-law there.
