We have been buying cars from Star Ford in Streator Illinois for the past 30+ years. Do I like other cars...sure! But what brings me back to Star Ford is the great service you get from the salesman down to the service department. We bought a slightly used car with few miles from them this past April. (2017) We also bought the extended warranty. Needless to say we encountered a "BIG" engine problem. A loaner car was immediately given to us and they started to look for the problem. After 37 days and 2 adjusters my car was returned fixed. No charge. Of course it wasn't as easy as that. Keith (service manager) fought for me to get things covered under my warrenty. I can't thank him enough for that! But you see....he and others are what keeps us coming back. They go above and beyond to make things right for the customer. When looking for a car, I recommend Star Ford of Streator. You can't go wrong. They care.

I have been a customer of O'Brien Honda for many years now. When Honda announced they were reintroducing the Honda Civic Hybrid, I decided to sell my other cars and drive just the one exclusively. I went to the dealership and met with Johnathan Dawson, a very competent sales professional that I had done business with before. I must say that again, I was not disappointed with the choice on any level. Johnathan saw to my needs by first explaining that I could place a small deposit down to request my personal choices in what I would like to see in the new Hybrid. I made my choices and left him with a small payment and he did the rest. Knowing that he would follow through with all the steps it would take to acquire the new Touring version of the Hybrid, gave me all the assurance I needed to relax and just bid the time needed for Honda to build exactly what I wanted. He kept frequent communication by sending me me the much anticipated texts that kept me aware of each step of the manufacturing process. I counted the days as they passed and in the end, news of the new Civic's arrival to the O'Brien lot, came without incident. Now. a couple of months later, the new Civic is sitting in my garage, just begging to be driven. I love its look and have gotten many compliments on how refined and sporty it looks. The car drives in spirited fashion, and is very capable and comfortable when doing so. I am very pleased. I would like to urge others who may be interested in a new Honda, to seek out Johnathan at O'Brien, and see first hand what he can do for you. He will see to your personal needs and wishes and help you in finding the right match for your budget, and your needs. Owning a Honda is a privilege I enjoy immensely. I know I will enjoy this new ride for many years to come, and I know just who to go to when the time comes for another. The fun will begin again once more the day that day arrives. Test drove others cars similar size but this Honda civic was the only one that made us feel comfortable with everything and when I say everything means everything No more wondering

Chase was amazing! He was so patient as we thought we wanted one car and then switched to a different car the next day! He was very kind and made us feel comfortable about our decision. He said, “He just wanted us to be happy”. I truly believed he did. During the process Chase was very informative about the vehicles we tested and extremely helpful walking us through the purchasing process. I recommend using Chase for your next vehicle purchase. We found our vehicle on line and messaged about it. We were told it was sold, However, the next day we got a call from Hunter stating that it was in fact, not sold and to come as soon as we could. He had the vehicle warmed up for us and ready to take on a test drive. Cory Who is the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. Holly and their finance department is an amazing person. I would recommend anybody who needs a car to go to Heller. When you buy from them, it’s like you’re buying from family.

So far I have been enjoying my 2025 GMC Canyon Denali. It has a great ride and is very comfortable. The Canyon drives very nicely and has plenty of power for my usage (I don't tow anything). It tracks well and has a very smooth ride that rivals previous BMWs (328 and X5's). I have had zero issues but the vehicle is only 1.5 months old (approx 1,700 miles on it). THe only downside (which many people agree on) is that it is seriously lacking storage space. Center console storage is about 1/2 what it was in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler and under seat storage (rear seats) is almost useless ..very little space. That being said, I'd still recommend the GMC Canyon and hope it continues to impress me.

Didn't buy a vehicle from Heller but they were very attentive to my inquiries about a vehicle.

We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

I had a GREAT experience at Leman’s Chevy City in Bloomington, IL. The salesman, Brian Dietzler, was very kind and understanding and worked with me to purchase a vehicle when my previous vehicle was totaled (at another drivers fault). It was a very stressful and emotional time for me. He went over and above to make sure an issue with the used vehicle was repaired before I took ownership of it. This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Extremely pleasing experience.

This 2026 Equinox has been great but I sure would have liked to have received an Owner's Manual with it. The dealer was not a good experience.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

We wanted to buy a car that was safe and dependable for our teen. After getting the hard sell and classic car salesman experience at several other dealers, we were surprised by the treatment we got from Jonathan at O’Brien. He was respectful and polite and put no pressure on us. After several weeks of comparisons and discussions, we made a decision and worked with Jonathan to purchase a car. There was no pressure and the negotiations were fair and polite. We appreciated the was they were able to make car buying a good experience and than my teen was able to see how the process works.

I loved my 2022 CRV but after it was totaled, I upgraded to 2026. I do miss the wood paneling on the 2022 model, and I wish the 2026 was still compatible with the HondaLink app, but overall the 2026 is all around better vehicle with even more comfortable seating, a bigger screen, and the same smooth Honda handling. If you are in the market for a small SUV, you can't go wrong with a 2026 CRV!

We recently purchased a used Jeep Wagoneer from Heller Ford in El Paso, IL, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. By the time we arrived, all that was left was a quick test drive and a bit of paperwork—start to finish, we were in and out of the dealership in around 30 minutes! A couple of days after taking the vehicle home, a mechanical issue popped up. Onie was immediately responsive and had a loaner vehicle arranged and delivered to us the very next day. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦‍♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

Easy peasy. My vehicle search wasn?t panning out in my area so I took my search online. Found a heck of a deal and decided to go for a drive. I ended up at an eclectic retro ford dealership and reSin Streator IL. Service was great, price was better and Ift with two new keys in my pocket.

Went back to O’brien Honda looking for a second vehicle and our favorite salesperson, Jonathan, put is in a 2022 Ridgeline for a good price. We absolutely love it. Always a pleasure to work with Jonathan and everyone at O’Brien Honda. They have quality vehicles and a top notch team. Highly recommend!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
