I have purchased several vehicles from Paul Masse in the past so I already knew what service level to expect. I was not surprised when they exceeded my expectations this time. Our sales person, Josh, had done his homework prior to my arrival. There were a few trucks waiting for me when I arrived. Josh did a great job of explaining the differences between the two and I quickly decided on the one I wanted. I received a great offer on my old truck and we sealed the deal that day! I came to pick up my new Silverado a few days later and all of electronics were preset just the way I wanted. I really appreciate his knowledge of the vehicle. I left feeling 100% satisfied. When I initially inquired about the vehicle the representative was very helpful in offering to have 2020 Audi Q5 transferred from Warwick Mitsubishi store to Stateline for me to conveniently test drive. Mike kept me updated on the status of the car's arrival & answered all of my many questions during the sale transaction. Marvin & Decio were both courteous, professional & welcoming.
