This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

I had a 2021 Encore GX to trade and they made the process so easy. I get very scared when it comes to purchasing vehicles and they made me feel right at home! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase.

I live in Shreveport and the two hour drive to Sulpher Springs was worth every second of the amazing experience I had working with Bonner Lovern! I saw my now truck on auto trader and called the dealership and got all the details and got an amazing deal on an even more amazing truck. Most of my experience was over the phone and I was never left in the dark on anything that was going on. Arriving at the dealership to sign all the paper work was by far the best part pulling in and seeing my future truck front and center sitting pretty and clearly freshly detailed. I have always had an amazing experience with Greenville Hyundai, for almost 14 years. In June I bought my new SUV and I love it! She is fabulous! I recently had a flat tire, so I called the Service dept and they ordered a new one. I came in and they replaced it, under warranty. They're service is great and their people are courteous and respectful! Did I mention the Hot Cocoa and Car Wash?! They are always thoughtful and accommodating. I truly appreciate them making me feel welcomed!

We traded in a 2005 Dodge Ram Pickup for a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. We worked with Tammy Bain, and the Manager, Jeff Shelton. Both Tammy and Jeff, and all of the other staff we came into contact with, were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We received a fair trade value for our vehicle, and the asking price for the minivan was very reasonable. The paperwork process went smoothly. We have already driven our new minivan over 1000 miles for our ministry work, and we are very pleased with it so far. Given our experience with Sulphur Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM so far, we can definitely recommend them.

I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

I talk with them for about a week before we went up there. When we got there they had the car I was asking about pulled up and ready to go. We didn't like that car so Bonner helped us find another one. They had given me a quote of what my trade in was worth over the phone and they did really good at meeting my price. Their finance department found me a loan 2% lower than my credit union what can I say the are the greatest place to get a car, call Bonner he will do what you need to get in to a car.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Paul and the team at Sulphur Springs Dodge. Having been in the automotive business for 20 years I have a real dislike for car dealers. From the very get go finding the truck I wanted on Cars.com, to the first phone call to the dealership, all the way through pulling off the lot the entire experience was refreshing. The truck was accurately described, in perfect working order, detailed well, and the no hassle purchase was smooth and delightful. I flew 2k miles to buy a truck unseen based on the pictures and description given online, the finance department went the extra mile to get me a better rate then I had in place already, I was given a fair price, and everything was in place with no surprises when I arrived to take delivery. I then drive the truck 2k miles home with a smile on my face and absolutely zero regret that I had bought from such an amazing dealership. Scott made a direct point of walking in and introducing himself and thanking me for my business as did Shawn, they treated us like family not just someone who came to buy a truck that they may never see again. I bought a Ram truck at Bonham dealership and the salesman was Jaden, and I believe the finance person was named Chris. Both were very helpful throughout the purchase.

Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

I was looking for a small, lightweight vehicle that I could flat-tow behind my motor home. Fewer and fewer vehicles are able to do so. Reading up on the new Maverick showed it would work for me. I liked the style and features of the XLT model. I visited a local Ford dealer and test-drove one. I was impresses with the interior space and comfort and the 13" touch screen. The hybrid model averages 42 mpg around town. The 4.5'pick-up bed serves my purposes.

I stopped by on my lunch break and did the initail application steps. The vehicle was clean and they were up front about a few small issues. When I returned after work, the finance office had all of the info ready and worked to lower my interest rate as far as possible.

We didn?t have to interrupt our super busy schedules to go to the dealership 1 and a half hours away. They were so kind to hold onto the truck when it can In while my my husband was being a baby about not being able to finance it in his name only (That?s what happens when you don?t take care of you finances.) Glad I do the books) any way Emitand everyone were very helpfull
