We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

My wife and I purchased a new RAV-4 from Jeff Hunter Toyota My wife and I purchased a new RAV-4 from Jeff Hunter Toyota in Waco TX on 10/14/2024 after shopping online and in person at several Toyota Dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Krystal Marshall was our sales person and Brandon Bonge handled the financing and paperwork. However, Loren Lookingbill was the outstanding star of our experience at Jeff Hunter Toyota. Krystal was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was not your typical pushy, manipulative car sales person. I told her what we wanted, it was not in stock but she found it and we agreed on an out-the-door price with very little haggling. However, the RAV-4 we originally agreed to buy was not available. Krystal found a replacement and after a modification in the agreed upon out-the-door price, we happily made the deal. Brandon was also friendly and knowledgeable but he made an error on the paperwork. A Mechanical Breakdown policy which I did not want or agree to purchase was added to the final sale. This oversight added $2,500 to the cost of the vehicle. I was equally responsible for this error because I did not insist on reviewing a hard copy of the paperwork before we signed it electronically. So In my opinion, Brandon still rates 5-stars. When I discovered the $2,500 error the next day, I called the dealership to speak with Brandon. However, Brandon was not there and Loren Lookingbill took my call. I explained the problem and Loren took care of it without hesitation. A refund was received a few days later. A copy of the Bill of Sale was not included in our paperwork. All the information on the Bill of Sale was included in the financing contract so I was not concerned. However, our auto insurance company wanted a copy of the Bill of Sale. I contacted Loren and he emailed me a copy within minutes of my request. Loren was not involved in the original sale or responsible for the problems I encountered. However, he stepped up, immediately resolved the issues and kept me a satisfied customer. If the rest of the employees at Jeff Hunter Toyota treat their customers like Krystal, Brandon and Loren, then I look forward to patronizing this establishment in the future.

Your sales person went out of his way to find this recently delivered vehicle and was able to offer it at similar pricing to what we had already lined up to purchase in San Antonio. Your staff held this vehicle for us without a deposit (which the other dealer wanted/non refundable) while we drove from San Antonio. We arrived expecting high pressure sales pitches and unwanted add-ons. WE GOT NONE OF IT!!! Your team was awesome and we received nothing but excellent service. Your Finance Person/Closer went above and beyond to work with our Credit Union that turned out to be problematic even though we were pre-approved. I have had many Jeeps, when they stopped making the Cherokee I was at a loss until I came upon the GMC Terrain and so happy I did. Great style, performance handles great, many exceptional features, I spend a lot of time driving and never feel like it is tiring, lots of room in cabin and the cargo area. I have a new favorite, and it is the Terrain

All the people in the Service Dept were very friendly & nice to work with. Bobby made sure my repairs were done promptly & right. It was good to be able to have the shuttle to take me home, then pick me up again when my car was ready.

I recently had a total loss on my car, so I was in a rush to find another. I contacted Chad Johnson, who ask what I was looking for and apparently is excellent at his job. I live out of town, but drove to Waco to check out the vehicle he located for me. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He listened and worked with others to find this vehicle as it came from Gainesville, TX. I purchased the vehicle that afternoon (I could see it ahead of time-online) and drove it back to my home that same weekend. The car was mechanically sound, beautiful pearl/silver color w/leather interior (looked brand-new) and it was a used car. I am so, so happy working with Chad Johnson and B-K that I plan to purchase my next vehicle with them. Chad listened and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. This is my fifth car I have bought from BMW of Temple and per usually they never disappoint! Traded my 2022 X5 for a 2024 X5 with all the newest updates. Shout out to Ted Degracia, Ashley Green and David (BMW Genuius) for being phenomenal throughout the entire process. Kerry Rodriguez always makes the finance process quick and painless. I will continue to keep coming back to the place that customer service is outstanding and feels like home.

I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

We have bought multiple vehicles from Johnson Bros. Everyone there is beyond nice. We have bought since we moved to Bell County from Houston. Never had any problem with our Fords pickups, Expeditions, even Taurus or Lincoln Nautilus. We won't buy anywhere else !
