I bought a key fob and had it programmed. I made an appointment the following week to have the programing done. It went well. The service reps were couteous.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Error message reduced engine power came on while driving. The next day I contacted AutoNation and they were able to get my car in the same day. Ray was very helpful, professional and stayed in touch with me throughout the repair. The tech sent a picture and video of what need to be repaired the next day without an explanation of what both were about (The only thing I would change would be to have an explanation to go along with the video and picture). I added an additional service of which they were able to fit in. AutoNation is the only place I take my car to for repairs.

Great service with friendly and welcoming faces. The process was done mostly online and over the phone which made the process so smooth and easy that all I had to do was walk in test drive and sign the dotted line! I came in to get my oil changed at 8 AM on a Saturday. They were thorough and quick-just what I needed with three little ones accompanying me. The coffee was fresh and the play room was a welcome spot.

I flew from California to meet my wife to drive a new truck back home (my retirement present). We called on your 2021 GMC 1500 TEXAS Edition that showed was in-transit. Your sales person went out of his way to find this recently delivered vehicle and was able to offer it at similar pricing to what we had already lined up to purchase in San Antonio. Your staff held this vehicle for us without a deposit (which the other dealer wanted/non refundable) while we drove from San Antonio. We arrived expecting high pressure sales pitches and unwanted add-ons. WE GOT NONE OF IT!!! Your team was awesome and we received nothing but excellent service. Your Finance Person/Closer went above and beyond to work with our Credit Union that turned out to be problematic even though we were pre-approved. This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

My wife and I purchased a new RAV-4 from Jeff Hunter Toyota My wife and I purchased a new RAV-4 from Jeff Hunter Toyota in Waco TX on 10/14/2024 after shopping online and in person at several Toyota Dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Krystal Marshall was our sales person and Brandon Bonge handled the financing and paperwork. However, Loren Lookingbill was the outstanding star of our experience at Jeff Hunter Toyota. Krystal was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was not your typical pushy, manipulative car sales person. I told her what we wanted, it was not in stock but she found it and we agreed on an out-the-door price with very little haggling. However, the RAV-4 we originally agreed to buy was not available. Krystal found a replacement and after a modification in the agreed upon out-the-door price, we happily made the deal. Brandon was also friendly and knowledgeable but he made an error on the paperwork. A Mechanical Breakdown policy which I did not want or agree to purchase was added to the final sale. This oversight added $2,500 to the cost of the vehicle. I was equally responsible for this error because I did not insist on reviewing a hard copy of the paperwork before we signed it electronically. So In my opinion, Brandon still rates 5-stars. When I discovered the $2,500 error the next day, I called the dealership to speak with Brandon. However, Brandon was not there and Loren Lookingbill took my call. I explained the problem and Loren took care of it without hesitation. A refund was received a few days later. A copy of the Bill of Sale was not included in our paperwork. All the information on the Bill of Sale was included in the financing contract so I was not concerned. However, our auto insurance company wanted a copy of the Bill of Sale. I contacted Loren and he emailed me a copy within minutes of my request. Loren was not involved in the original sale or responsible for the problems I encountered. However, he stepped up, immediately resolved the issues and kept me a satisfied customer. If the rest of the employees at Jeff Hunter Toyota treat their customers like Krystal, Brandon and Loren, then I look forward to patronizing this establishment in the future.

David Hardcastle selection advisor, was very polite, patient & understanding. He showed me several vehicles in the price range I desired. My trade-in was unsafe to drive, due to David's concern about that he allowed me to test drive 3 vehicles home keeping each over night. The 3rd one a charm! A used 2020 Rogue in excellent condition. Joe the finance manager found a great loaner plus he helped me resolve a situation with Dignifi when it was thought my car could be repaired. Jimmy in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding about my down payment. If I need to buy another car, I will visit GS Nissan as well as GS Mazda. Jason @ Mazda showed me a few vehicles,but were not the right fit. He then introduced me to David Hardcastle. I would buy a vehicle from Jason or David.
