Needed a repair on a very short notice. Avelino, my service advisor, provided me instantly with a same day appointment , including an exceptional , positive attitude ! The minor repair was done right away, and he even test drove the vehicle along with me and let his lunch go cold! I felt bad but he insisted on me not waiting despite me telling him it was fine. Every time contact him he is going above and beyond - and I know him since he started withEH. To me he is the one who makes all the difference along with Bruce when it comes to servicing my car.
