I decided to buy 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander and that was the only easier part.... talking to different dealers was a pain.... but then I some how got in touch with Chris from Oakland Mitsubishi... believe me from then on, it was all smooth :-) Chris, patiently answered all my queries and help me chose the right variant at a fabulous price. Chris also helped me get the best rate for car finance... and to my convenience Chris facilitated all this over the phone... Finally today I went and just picked my car after the formal paper work and it was a wonderful experience overall. Thank you Chris for all your help and co-operation. There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. Once traded in, paperwork was processed and payment was accepted, and off I was in a brand new vehicle. Would definitely come back here again especially for the competitive vehicle pricing. Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Very impressed and happy with our experience and purchase. Looking forward to returning for services visits and to buy our next Ram truck there. Side note, I had viewed other dealers websites and even called them but chose to come to Walnut Creek CJDR when I spoke to my uncle about our interest in getting a Pacifica Hybrid. He has known multiple people there for decades and highly recommended them and their professionalism. It is rare to find people who have worked at the same dealership for 15, 20 years and that is true here because they are great people and a great dealership who care about the customer.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

This car does exactly what I needed a new car to do. I bought mine in July of 2025 and now 7 months later I have not had one issue with it. It gets great gas mileage, is very comfortable and I love the info system and stereo, For the money you cannot go wrong, this is my first foreign car and now I am done paying a arm and a leg for anything from Ford or GM.

This is a well put together vehicle. Interior fit and finish, even for the base S model, is splendid and many newer safety features come standard. The seats on the base S are very comfortable on long drives. Ive read a few "pro" reviews that mentioned the engine being underpowered, especially for highway passing. I have found the opposite out of this beautiful 149 hp CVT. I mean it's 149 hp, not 189; not sure where any complaint of being underpowered comes from? And, the CVT has wonderfully placed mimick shift points that make you feel like its a non-cvt transmission. Besides being ahead of the others with the interior, it's a well insulated cabin which deafens quite a bit of road noise. If your thinking about a Nissan Sentra, don't listen to these "professional" knucklehead reviewers. I believe they're not as accurate as the average Joe like us and have lost sight of what a great entry level sedan is.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

The dealership is easy to work with and staffs are helpful and honest. I had a very positive experience with them. this is the 4th car that O bought from this dealership

I picked up my Polestar 3, single motor long range, less than a month ago on a lease program with lots of incentives. It has been a great car to drive and it does get great range, 350 miles, on a charge. The Jupiter paint is unique and the first of its kind in the Southeast region. Wool blend seats are very comfortable. It has plenty of pick up and handles very well . I am very impressed. As a Volvo owner since 1974, there is a lot of Volvo in the Polestar. The 3 is built in the Volvo Ridgeville, SC plant so there was no tariff worries. I highly recommend this car!

Ultra Trim No more gasoline for me. This car is extremely fast and nimble. It's small and that's a plus in city streets It is VERY quiet and the Harman Kardon sound system is very nice. There is a learning curve with this car and as I get more used to the system, the more fun this car becomes. I am using level 1 charging so I just plug into a standard 115V outlet and that is plenty sufficient for me.
