All went smoothly, 12 month service on a Crosstrek. Text updates while waiting were a nice touch. 5 stars for Danielle in Service Dept. BUT Deduct 1 star for the phone appointment system. I felt like I had to dumb down my interaction with the bot.

12/10/25 First time using TriCity Subaru service department for my '22 Outback. Great experience. Danielle at the service desk was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication via texts with her throughout the day that my car was there. Very flexible on scheduling an appointment, including drop off and pick up times. I loved my 2022 CRV but after it was totaled, I upgraded to 2026. I do miss the wood paneling on the 2022 model, and I wish the 2026 was still compatible with the HondaLink app, but overall the 2026 is all around better vehicle with even more comfortable seating, a bigger screen, and the same smooth Honda handling. If you are in the market for a small SUV, you can't go wrong with a 2026 CRV!

Exceptional experience buying vehicle, and now was my first experience with the service dept. Jacob was my service liaison, friendly and caring. Sent videos and emailed service check list. Had my truck brought to me when I came to pick it up. Very happy with this dealership.

Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.

Tried to talk to A Sales person about and Cross Treck and received poor response; none were available to look at and it was difficult to talk about a new vehicle purchase. Frankly, with the sales persons at Belknap Subaru, I wonder if they sell any at all!

90,000 mile tune-up on my Toyota Rav4 hybrid. Destiny at checkin is always quick, efficient, pleasant, and smart. I was kept up to date as my car was worked on with videos and texts. Very pleased with everything.

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

I purchased my 2025 KIA K4 back in the end of March. All I can say is I love it. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The features are too many to mention and the leg room and comfort are unbeatable.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

My wife and I went to the LA Auto Show because she was in the market for a new car. She had her heart set on a Hybrid Highlander, but after a close exam, we were unimpressed with the interior quality. The Toyota display did not feature a Crown. After being impressed with the KIA and Hundai quality, we were on our way to those dealers. On a whim, we stopped at a Toyota dealer, which had a single Crown Signia Limited. WOW! Fantastic interior and quality. We bought it!
