Mr Anthony Heaper was--is my salesman. We were doing wonderfully with a 2015 Silky Blue VW GOLF, and the car "sold" before I started to finalized my offer, and transportation situations. I live in Tulsa, and I have confidence we will buy our VW from Joe Machens via Mr. Anthony Heaper. Anthony is not pushy, very polite, and helpful. Only down side to buy from Joe, is I live in Tulsa. No way to take advantage of the LOCAL Dealership "FREEBIES." Believe the end price will make it all worth while. ~`~`~` PS: I have visited the local VW dealer, and they were not too friendly.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

I started my truck search looking at full-size trucks, but honestly didn’t want the exterior size to be that big. Just on a side, have you noticed how a lot of the worst drivers on the road are driving the big full-size trucks? I didn’t know the purpose of having a Hemi to actually run people off the road. You know what I mean? That dude is barreling down the interstate doing about 87mph pulling a big @$$ box trailer and he’s like fish tailing all over the place? Anywho, back to the review... I drove a Jeep Gladiator, a Tacoma, a Colorado and the Nissan Frontier. The Gladiator was almost scary on the highway. Lots of wind noise and blowing me all over the place even at the lower highway speeds around 55-60mpg. For that reason, it didn’t make sense to me as a daily driver on paved roads. While the new Colorado and Tacoma have that brawny stance, neither of them have a V6. What’s the deal with the 4 banger turbo thing? It’s like Arnold Schwarzenegger in that old Christmas movie, “Jingle All The Way.” “I have to get the “Turbo Man!!” What they are not telling you about the 4 cylinder turbo stuff is that even if a 4 cylinder engine has the power of Ivan Drago in Rocky 4, it is working harder to produce that power compared to the naturally aspirated V6. Multiple mechanics I know personally have said the same thing. Inside, both Tac and Colorado were small and cramped. At first glance, you think they are going to be bigger inside than they are. This was disappointing and strange given how the outside is larger than the prior generations of those two trucks. An odd tech. thing about the Colorado was that you actually turn the headlights on using the touch screen. I also thought that the inside materials in the Colorado felt cheap. That glossy plastic stuff if you know what I mean. I liked the tow rating, but decided to keep shopping. The Frontier was actually my second favorite truck behind the Ridgeline. The naturally aspirated V6 instead of the turbo was already setting it above the other trucks. Then, I drove the Ridgeline and it was like Wow!! This thing rocks!! Honda’s proven reliable V6, smooth driving, yet flexible enough on the dirt or gravel roads, I can fit a 4x8 sheet of plywood flat in the bed because there’s no stupid wheel well hump. I absolutely love the tailgate swing out! It gets my body closer to whatever goods I am lifting out of the back instead of having to lean forward. Honda nailed it with this feature! Plus, let me just say that Ridgeline’s interior almost feels like a full size truck. I have tall teenage boys and the first thing they said when they got in the Ridgeline was “Wow dad!! This is nice and big inside!” Plus, as roomy as it is, I like that Ridgeline fits in a standard garage space too! If you get heavy rains, or it happens to snow, it’s nice to be covered when you want to be. You’ve got drive settings for different terrain and that suits my needs. Another reviewer said the Ridgeline meets the needs of 80% of people driving trucks and he nailed it with that statement. it’s absolutely true. A lot of people are driving big trucks and Jeeps and they never actually use them for the purpose they are intended for. You have those folks that don’t actually need 4 wheel drive. If you’re like me, you want a truck that gives you the utility you need, want to grab some landcape supplies, sheet goods, farm or garden stuff, and rides awesome on both paved and gravel or dirt roads, this is the truck for you. Don’t you love these guys with Jeep fantasies that make stupid videos criticizing Honda trying to create skepticism like…. “Can it do any serious off roading?” You can’t criticize it for something it’s not designed for. If you want a rock crawler you get a Jeep or something similar (locking differential, higher ground clearance, a lift, bigger rubber etc,).

My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

We found ourselves between a rock and a hard place and didn't think there was anything we could do, but we stopped at Machens to look at their "tent sale" vehicles. I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

Excellent facilities and staff who treat you like you're the most important customer, regardless of how much you're spending in the service department. Quick, efficient check-in and check-out, and they make it clear that they want you to leave satisfied. Nice waiting area as well.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. I've owned the 2016 Dodge Journey SXT 3.6L V6 AWD SUV, since April 2017. Purchased with approximately 10k miles, this vehicle has been nothing but a pleasure to drive & own. I've had zero mechanical issues beyond regular maintenance (new tires, oil changes/scheduled manufacturer service, basic upkeep). I worked between Charlotte & NYC for more than 4 years, driving each way every 6-8 weeks and the car has had no problems at all. Super reliable with extra seating & massive cargo space. I now have 74k miles & still no major issues.

I usually do not do reviews, but these guys at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia absolutely deserves more than a 5 star review. Danh Do Finance Manage, and Kofi's Adadey who happened to be my sales person were amazing. Their customer service and lever of customer engagement is "Bar None"!!!!. The environment and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. From the Car lot, to the Sales floor, everyone is very helpful and polite. They make you feel like family. Mercedes-Benz of Columbia is the best dealership in the Mid-West they surpasses my expectation. Therefore I will be a repeat customer, because I am a satisfied customer.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

The headliner had some damage and there was a few small paint chips and only one key fob with the Edge. The dealership has provided touch up paint for the chips and purchased a second key fob for us. The experience, although time consuming has ended on a good note and I would recommend buying a new or used vehicle from the Machens Auto Group.”

I had looked everywhere for a 2021 Cross Sport with Black/Burgundy interior. They had 2 even though I'm in Colorado, they made it so easy, they are bringing the vehicle 700 miles to me and picking up my trade Bruce is Awesome!

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.
