I've purchased multiple vehicles from Patrick Subaru, new and used and couldn't be happier with my over all experience. I've also used the service department on numerous occasions from oil changes to warranty work and have always been happy with the work they do. I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

When we went to the dealership we knew what we wanted and what we didn't want and Rocco was patient, answered all of questions and let us make our own decision.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I am from out of state, and made an inquiry online. I received a prompt reply and followup from a salesperson. Although I did not make a purchase at this time, I will definitely give them another try when circumstances change.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

Fantastic new engine and smooth new CVT. Interior of the platinum with the tan interior is just stunning. Excellent fuel mileage as well. As I said, nothing like the last Rogue.

My parked car was unexpectedly totaled in the middle of the night so I was kind of thrown into the car buying process whether I liked it or not. After doing some research on cars.com I came across Patrick Subaru, who had awesome reviews and a great reputation in my area. As a first time car buyer, who is admittedly easily influenced, I was nervous going to the dealership thinking I might get taken advantage of or pressured into spending more than I wanted to. That was not the case. As soon as I walked in, Jeff paired me up with Michelle and I am so so happy that I was. I had been browsing some used cars looking to just go on a test drive because it was literally my first day shopping. She asked me several questions to really understand what I wanted, what I needed, and what I was comfortable with. She ended up pointing me in a smarter direction, a new Subaru that had everything I wanted and at basically the same price. They even negotiated in some added features. I loved Michelle's no pressure approach. She even gave me her cellphone number so that she could keep me updated and be readily available whenever I had a question. She was very hands on during the whole process and never made me feel silly for not understanding something the first time she explained it. You would never know Michelle has only been in the industry for a few months.. she knew her stuff!!! Up until the day I picked it up, both Jeff and Michelle were always checking in on me, making sure I was still happy with my choice and excited to be a new car owner! I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

We were looking to buy my daughter a reliable car she felt safe in but also was not gonna break down. As soon as we pulled in we were nicely greeted and shown several cars in her price range she tested drove a Nissan very clean ran great she loved it we ended up buying it Hampden Trading Co went through the car , detailed it and we picked it up in a few days .They were all very polite and pleasure doing business with. It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)
