Very accommodating facility; rapid appointment setting, prompt, effective service. Unlike other service/ repair centers, here you feel confidence in the services to be performed. Friendly intake; good communication/ updates. The service center manager, Frank, went out of his way to make sure everything concerning my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction. Going forward, Legend Nissan service center will remain my place for auto repair/service.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Spoke with Dan K who is very knowledgable about cars. He could talk about the bells and whistles of the cars as well as things pertaining to the engines. My struggle is now to decide which model do I want!! Thanks Dan!!

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

This dealership was pretty good , friendly staff , and very clean facility. I leased 2 vehicles from them , sid Syeed was very helpful, I recommend him to anyone who is looking into this dealership, he’s very good , and he will let you know specifics and get you into a car that fits your budget.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.
