Then there are the myriad of aftermarket performance parts that can become an addicting fashion. But if you're a gear head like me this is apart of the pride of ownership. The sheer thrill and excitement of the driving experience.

This car sits 95 % of the time as I have other cars. However every time I think about selling it I drive it and realize how magnificent it is the car is fun in all ways love the top down on the road. I do some work on the car myself but it is a complicated vehicle to work on. There really is nothing that I see out there now that is affordable in this much car. If you got one I would keep it.

This Z was in Car and Driver's 10 Best list every year it was manufactured. (90-96). This car broke all of the rules when it was made, and that's obvious when you look at other cars made during these years. It was, and is, one of the most beautiful Japanese cars ever made. The ergonomics were years ahead of the rest of the pack, and all of this came with the reliability of a Japanese car. If you weren't around in the late 80's and early 90's, it's hard to overstate how terrible American cars were made, and how unreliable they were. After driving my first to 300k miles, and now at 100k on the one I currently own, still turn heads, and it's no slouch on the highway. It's just an amazing car with a dedicated following.

Had this car as a young, newly divorced Marine Staff Sergeant, on Recruiting duty in a MAJOR southern city. It would turn heads, attracted many females, especially single Moms of kids I enlisted. I loved it. When I got married and had a daughter, it wasn’t practical, so traded it for a Maxima. Same engine I believe! Mine was red with brown leather seats!

Easy transaction with excellent two-way communication. The car was exactly as described (no surprises). Since it was an in-state transaction, the Diamond team made it super easy: the car was delivered with new plates and tags. All I have to do is wait for the title to arrive from the state. There was zero pressure to buy the car or hurry up the transaction. Tyler took the time to point out the few flaws in the car such that I wasn't surprised upon delivery. 6 speed? Lost me right there. Hope it was a typo. Bone stock would of course been a 5 speed manual (my choice) or the detuned automatic.

Fun small sporty car. Great for going out for a cruise, gets great gas mileage for an 87 sports car. T-tops add a cool/fun feature, overall great sports car that you can find for cheap compared to others.
