Friendly and courteous staff at Lia Nissan Colonie. Were most impressed with our sales consultant, Jaymarc Flores. He listened to our wants for a new car and make sure he showed us a vehicle that was what we were looking for. Marc made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and the process of leasing it. I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

It all starts with the expertise and knowledge of the general manager Dave Bertuch who always treats me with the utmost respect while putting together "the best possible deal." Then this particular leasing & delivery day (9/26/2025) continued with the sales associate Robert Challacombe and financial consultant Michael Dwarika. Robert spent a good amount of time with me reviewing the leasing process and then proceeded to show me everything I needed to know about the car itself, and Michael explained all the financial details and involved paperwork. All three gentlemen were excellent at their jobs, and I felt like they went "above and beyond" with how they treated me in creating a very smooth process. The entire experience was flawless, simple, and an absolute pleasure ! And I also need to mention service manager Tim Russo and his skilled staff, who have always taken very good care of me. All in all, I am happy to honestly and enthusiastically recommend Lia Nissan of Colonie !
