Only issue with the service was I had been quoted a price to assume it was all part of the work only to find out later that the part I needed (key fob) did not come with the key insert and ended up being an extra cost. I would have assumed the dealer would have known this up front before giving we the cost for the work. JR in the service department is top notch and took care of all my needs

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

It was a miracle. After searching for a month I nearly decided to wait until October when prices generally drop. After seeing great prices on exact vehicles that I was looking for, I decided to travel from Kentucky to Bates Ford in Tennessee. If I had known how fast things would go I would have taken my Title with me. Anyway I Filled out nearly all the paper, and returned the next day my title and drove away with my brand new F150!

Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

Nikki spent at least 30 minutes explaining how all of the features work while Justin swapped our license plates and helped my husband transfer everything from our old car into the Rogue. I found the car of my dreams while searching on cars.com. Called the dealer and asked for Blake to get me some information on the car. Blake did a great job answering all my questions and working with the finance team to get me the right price. I flew from Fort Lauderdale to Nashville to pick up the car. Nissan sent Kwon to pick me up from the airport where he greeted me on time and even brought me a jacket as a cold front just pass through and I did realize it was going to be so cold. Once I got to the dealership Blake and Kwon answered all the questions I had. Kwon got me set up with the new MYNISSAN app, which im obsessed with! The clean team got my new ride super shiny!! Kwon and Blake took me for a ride and walked me around the car telling me about all the features it offered. Everyone in the dealership came over to say hello.
