I am writing this because I want everyone to know how very satisfied my husband and I were with our shopping experience at Collins Nissan on Bardstown Road here in Louisville. We had already been to 3 other dealers and could not find what I wanted. Our Salesman, Abraham, was AWESOME. He answered all my questions, and then the moment came when he showed me what he thought I wanted. End result - I drove a Wonderful Sporty looking Nissan Murano home that day. From the time my husband and I arrived until we left, never have I had a better experience in buying a car. I usually trade every 3 years. I like new cars. Collins Nissan is where I will always buy my vehicles and a heartfelt thanks to Abraham for making it so easy and exciting! I love the ride, the look and the price! Thanks for my experience which tops all I've had in the past. I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Doren was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was very professional. No sales pressure. Did not buy yet. Hopefully what I'm looking for will come in soon.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

The prices for used or pre-owned autos were spot on! Great pics of vehicles on website. Only problem, I am not ready to make a purchase at this time 😩.

This car has been the best car I have had! I bought it when it had 52K miles on it and it now has over 235K and still running strong. I haven't had to do much to it other than regular oil changes. Everything still works just like it did when I Bought it.

The front seats are comfortable and supportive. The 4 cyl has pep, gets 20 mph in the city at 165,000 miles and has been very reliable. When first moving in cold weather, the CVT transmission has to warm up for a couple of minutes before it smoothly shifts gears or manually shift it. It starts every time with a 5 year old battery in 0 degree weather. All in all, a good purchase.a

My 2009 Altima SE still runs great. Although the paint is dull from years under California sun. It has no problem wantsoever. I have all windows tinted to keep cool.

I am 53 years old, and have bought several vehicles over my lifetime. In the past I have traditionally been a Ford guy. I was treated poorly in my opinion by Swope Ford and refuse to go back. When I stepped into BIG M, I had a completely different experience. I was greeted instantly, I was helped throughout the entire process (even when we were difficult, and couldn?t decide). The best part was My wife and I were never pressured at any point. The Big M team was fantastic, and I am a new loyal customer!

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

Hands down best car there is !!!! Altima all the way !, I don't care what anyone says! Take care if your stuff and it'll take care of you, car has 230 thousand miles and Still runnin and gunnin, Ac ,heater , ! Have only replaced your common things, like brakes , rotors, oil changes, 1 ignition coil , and tires ! , solid car all the way around, 5 out 5, would highly recommend this car to anyone!
