Ian and Mat are great to work with! I have bought from other Billion lots before and was never blown away. Of course the sales people are nice but Nissan, and of course Ian, goes above and beyond. I was never really impressed with the financing guys, they were cordial but not really personable. I always figured maybe it was the job. We went down to Hill Nissan with a specific car we saw on their website. We were greeted by Justin and told him which specific car we were looking at. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. Justin helped to make the process smooth and was very respectful and mindful of the fact that we drove two hours for this specific car. We worked with Norm for financing our certified pre owned Rogue and he also helped to make the process very smooth. He answered any questions we had and explained everything thoroughly. I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age.
