This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure. John in financing was extremely easy to work with. I love the service department too. This is a great dealership.

Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

I decided to try the Rogue after having 3 Honda CR-V's the past 10 years and I am pleasantly surprised by the comfort and looks plus the power for a 3 cylinder car! I have only had this a few days but so far I love it!

We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

Gene Robbins is the best Service manager around. He will do anything he can to take care of you car issue. I had a non warranty covered issue and he worked out a very reasonable way to address the problem. Great job Gene!!

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! I never thought I would enjoy driving a large vehicle but I love this car I feel safe and the car holds its own on the road a great vehicle. The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. I will never own a small vehicle again this car live up to its quality.

Back in April 2022, I rented a 2021 black/chrome Armada SV from a local rental agency for my wife, 13-year-old daughter, and I to drive from Reno, NV to Prestonsburg, KY. A distance of nearly 2,300 miles one way, but we wound up putting nearly 7k miles on the car during the 9 days we had it. We had actually ordered a mini-van for the trip, but the person returning the mini-van the day before we were to take possession of it had accidentally broke the rear window. Therefore, the only large vehicle left was the Armada. Initially we were unhappy with this choice as the cost of gas was way up at this point, and I knew the Armada had terrible gas mileage! It advertised 19 MPG on the highway! However, my family fell in love with the voluminous interior, great driver seating position, leather interior, and amazing power! My wife has a long history of back issues and she had never been on a car ride of this length without suffering some pain, but she really did not feel any discomfort in the Armada. With the normally aspirated V8, putting out 400 HP the Armada felt very powerful, and prompt at delivering all the power needed for the moment. We typically cruised for many miles at an average speed of 80 MPH, and never felt the least sense of unsteadiness, or untoward behavior from this 4-wheel drive vehicle. Our actual MPG ended up averaging 16 MPG, but despite that both my wife and I are determined to buy our own Armada soon!

This is our families 3rd Nissan. This is an upgrade in size fro the Murano we had for 9 years. The Armada is beautiful, quiet ride and handles so nice.
