What a great experience I had with Modern Nissan. Allan was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with after numerous car purchases. From my two visits to test drive and purchase, very smooth transaction. He treated me like family. Taryn and Todd were also very helpful. Nissan makes some great affordable vehicles. Let?s be honest, car dealerships suck. The process is long, the sales people are pushy, the follow up service people typically suck? right? NOT HERE. Something about the culture here is just different. They?re friendly, transparent, helpful and overall a fantastic dealership. I drive 1.5 hours one-way to have my vehicle serviced by them, even after my maintenance plan expired, because they?re THAT great! I had a bad day once, and took it out in the service rep. when my appointment ran longer than I anticipated, despite being warned of the extended wait.. Not my proudest moment, but the way they handled me was top notch. I apologized for being a brat by the end, and THANKED THEM for not only putting up with my non-sense, but ensuring I still had a great visit when I was less than pleasant. Please hear me when I say, this dealership is like no other. I love it here. D.Bacon is the kindest sales man, who works out the best deal FOR YOU. If you ever get your vehicle serviced here, all the reps are phenomenal, but Erik is TOP TIER. Thank you East Charlotte Nissan. We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

I can’t say enough good things about Modern Nissan and Gil Bracy. From the sales, finance, service depts etc., everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I bought a 2019 Rogue from Gil and he was so great to work with I just traded in and bought a 2025 Rogue from Gil, he’s is honest, explains everything about your new vehicle and if you have any questions he is happy to help even after your purchase! This dealership is honestly the best I’ve been too!!

Also worked with Cat to schedule that appointment and she was also a pleasure to work with. The timing estimate is to when the car would be ready was right on the money. I took my 2018 Forester in for state inspection and checkout of steering vibration. The checkout indicated the control arm bushings were bad causing the vibration. Due to this the inspection couldn't be completed. The parts to fix were not on-hand and couldn't be obtained for several days (due to Thanksgiving holidays). When the parts came in they called and an appointment was set up to repair. Since the 90K service was also nearly due, I asked about doing that as well. They arranged for that and since all this would take so long I was supplied with a loaner (a 2022 Forester). I was able to take care of several errands and have lunch before my car was ready. I picked up my car with all repairs, service, and inspections completed. The service manager worked with me to accomadate my schedule in the most hospitable manner. Absolutely the best for timely, quality auto service that I can trust was done right. Also, the cost of the bushing replacement was covered under the extended warranty (less the $100 deductable).

The salespeople were nice and helpful, but the car had issues immediately after leaving the lot. To their credit, they offered to have it fixed, no questions asked. One of the salespeople was even kind enough to drive me an hour home and tow the car.

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

I never thought I would enjoy driving a large vehicle but I love this car I feel safe and the car holds its own on the road a great vehicle. The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. I will never own a small vehicle again this car live up to its quality.

I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

Love my Nissan Armada! The room inside is more than any other big car I have owned. I like all of the features but wish it had a few more that I'm used to having, like seat adjustment memory settings and auto bright lights but the rest of the features are great! I wish it got better gas mileage but I knew it didn't when I bought it. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who wants a large, full-size car!

My daughter came to buy a car and I wound up buying one as well. Very impressed with the salesman, finance officer, the facility and mostly my Jeep Compass. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

A few weeks ago after having some more mechanical issues with my car that I owned for a long time, I decided it was finally time to by a new car. I saw online that this dealership had some very competitive prices for Altima S models so I promptly sent out a request for availability on a particular model and quickly received a call back from the dealership to schedule an appointment. I met with sale rep Kristina Adams on a Saturday morning. She was very friendly, personable, pleasant and straight forward. They offered a pretty good price and the whole buying process went very smoothly. All employees that I encountered were very friendly, professional and pleasant. They tried to get me through the buying process as quickly as possible which I greatly appreciated. Before long I was driving off the lot with a great car which I really enjoy driving each day. Overall it was a very pleasant experience purchasing a car from this dealership and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brandon Scott, Service Advisor at Scott Clark Nissan in Charlotte, was very helpful as I needed service on a “new-to-me” Nissan Frontier from another dealer. I had a laundry list of services I need completed over the next several months. I sosked for and Brandon supplied prices for each item (transfer case service, serpentine belt replacement, etc) so that I could select the most pressing needs and schedule the remaining items over time. Comparing the cost of such services to another Nissan dealer and an independent shop, Scott Clark Nissan beat the others, sometimes by hundreds of dollars! Back in April 2022, I rented a 2021 black/chrome Armada SV from a local rental agency for my wife, 13-year-old daughter, and I to drive from Reno, NV to Prestonsburg, KY. A distance of nearly 2,300 miles one way, but we wound up putting nearly 7k miles on the car during the 9 days we had it. We had actually ordered a mini-van for the trip, but the person returning the mini-van the day before we were to take possession of it had accidentally broke the rear window. Therefore, the only large vehicle left was the Armada. Initially we were unhappy with this choice as the cost of gas was way up at this point, and I knew the Armada had terrible gas mileage! It advertised 19 MPG on the highway! However, my family fell in love with the voluminous interior, great driver seating position, leather interior, and amazing power! My wife has a long history of back issues and she had never been on a car ride of this length without suffering some pain, but she really did not feel any discomfort in the Armada. With the normally aspirated V8, putting out 400 HP the Armada felt very powerful, and prompt at delivering all the power needed for the moment. We typically cruised for many miles at an average speed of 80 MPH, and never felt the least sense of unsteadiness, or untoward behavior from this 4-wheel drive vehicle. Our actual MPG ended up averaging 16 MPG, but despite that both my wife and I are determined to buy our own Armada soon!

Ask for Tony. Polite and courteous through out the buying process. Lots to choose from. No pressure sales.

Still learning everything about it but love all the safety features. Great sound system and calling system. Has alot of get up and go and low road noise.
