This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

I had the best experience buying a 2025 Nissan Frontier this week. My sales person was Eddie Florence and my finance person was Robert Barrow. First, let me say I was very pleased to see such a multi-ethnic staff at Safford. I feel it's a very genuine reflection of the Northern Virginia region. Eddie warmly greeted me a few minutes after I entered the showroom and asked how he might be able to assist. Eddie's best attribute is that he is a "people person" and is able to work with many different personality types - as my girlfriend and I are polar opposites, but he was able to talk to both of us with ease, warmth and kindness - which lasted throughout the entire process. Eddie is tall, and had to sit sideways in the back row of the Frontier while on the test drive, but didn't complain one bit. He took everything in stride. He answered a million questions from both my girlfriend and me, without ever tiring or getting irritated. He was always attentive, kind, knowledgeable and committed to our satisfaction. I CANNOT say enough about this exceptional salesman. He is a pleasure to work with and by the end, we felt a business transaction turned into a friendship. Robert got us through the financing end of things quickly and stayed well past 9 p.m. to accommodate us. He has deep knowledge of not only the finance department, but sales and the auto industry as a whole given his years in the industry. We felt we could trust what he said and recommended because he was credible, articulate and so thoroughly acquainted with the ins and outs of the finance process. When we returned to get a bedliner added to our new truck, both Eddie and Robert greeted us warmly and talked with us for several minutes. This is my third Nissan - I had a Sentra and Altima before stepping up to buy my new Frontier. Out of all three buying experiences, this one was my best - because of the care and concern the staff took with us. To add, the showroom was immaculate, staff were plentiful inside the building, and the lot is centrally located in Sterling and easy to get to. Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

This SUV was a STEAL!! You basically got an INFINITI QX80 - same engine and Horsepower for about $28,000 LESS. If you needed to have the LUXURY BRAND BADGES and GRILL, spend the extra $28,000. As to the "Expert's Review" she was DEAD wrong especially her summary on handling. With that 390HP V8 the Armada is quick off-the-line and is quiet and comfortable on the Highway. Handling is "more like a sportscar - and not trucky like an SUV" - my wife's summary of it. As to turning, anytime at an intersection, if you have to make a U-Turn, the Armada turns tight. I totally disagree with the "Experts" review. Handling is quick and responsive. My wife summed it up best- it does NOT drive like a truck and she is only 5' and loves driving it. We have about 84,000 miles on it and no problems. Changing Oil and Filter, Battery, etc. regular maintenance only. As to handling - we DID put on Bridgestone Duelers tires which may respond better than whatever the "Expert" was driving on. I would recommend the Armada over a Cadillac Escalade any day. We test drove, the Escalade, Denali, and Tahoe as well as the VW Toureg before buying the Armada. ALSO NOT MENTIONED was the extended warranty you could have bought directly from Nissan on this truck for an added price $4,200 for Ten Years/120,000 miles. This is a great truck that drives more like a sportscar. With what we saved on NOT buying a Luxury Brand like Cadillac or Infiniti - we bought a loaded Altima 3.5L (V6) with the money. The wife prefers driving the Armada than the Altima because she sits high in it and can see over cars in front of her.

Very pleased with my whole experience. From answering my questions to able to sign all the paperwork virtually to them helping beat my bank's interest rate by more than 2%, I felt like they were always in my camp. When I got there the car was clean/detailed, filled with gas and ready to go! When I'm ready to upgrade I will be going to them first.

Nice riding car. Leg room great even in the 3rd room seating. Loved all the bells and whistles that came with it. This car can spoil a girl.

Good deals but didn't get to purchase a car today. Have to get a cosigner. Plenty of choices payments okay. Problems with using my old vechile as a trade in. Interested in selling my jeep and using the funds for the purchase of a new car.

Super big muscle car lots of room for big adults good safety features and has a good handling good visibility lots of gadgets to work with

I feel really safe in this SUV. I travel twice a month in major highways and it rides easy. My family feels really safe in the vehicle.

I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

Love my Nissan Armada! The room inside is more than any other big car I have owned. I like all of the features but wish it had a few more that I'm used to having, like seat adjustment memory settings and auto bright lights but the rest of the features are great! I wish it got better gas mileage but I knew it didn't when I bought it. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who wants a large, full-size car!

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

Spent alot of time with me trying to find the vehicle i am interested in.

I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

I never thought I would enjoy driving a large vehicle but I love this car I feel safe and the car holds its own on the road a great vehicle. The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. I will never own a small vehicle again this car live up to its quality.
