Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. I was not really impressed with anyone else’s knowledge or simple honesty. I applaud Chris for ensuring that this was a positive experience for my wife. She is extremely happy with her new 60! This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

Angel at Ewing Subaru made our purchase very easy. I looked at cars for my daughter from Corpus to Dallas, focusing on Houston since I live there. Ewing offered the best value, enough better to justify flying to Dallas for the purchase. Angel took care of the transaction electronically, and even delivered the car to Love Field to complete the deal. He met me at customer arrivals, we signed a few papers, and I was driving to Houston before security even had a chance to ask us to move along. A perfect buying experience!

Purchased recently because we needed a bigger car. We looked at Tahoes and Expeditions but we didn't want all the technology that can go wrong. The good about the Armada is that it's very comfortable, heated & cooled seats work great, has plenty of power and a nice V8 grumble, it looks pretty cool, features work well and it's been very reliable so far. The bad is that the power third row takes forever to operate, you can't see anything out of the back at night even with the cameras, the infotainment is pretty dated, steering is vague, and some parts of the interior feel a bit cheap. The gas mileage sucks which is to be expected from a big truck like this but they didn't cut corners with the interior like Ford and GM! MSRP was $66,540 and we got it for half with under 50k miles!
