I had a series of concerns with my 2015 Nissan Sentra, and she walked me through every step of the issues, but more importantly she listened to my concerns. She even ensured that I was taken care of while she was out on vacation – I mean really, this is truly EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Many thanks to Brian Yeager, Manager of the Service Department, who handled my concerns while Angie was away. Brian equally has an exceptional team, and those representatives include Marcel and Damon who also helped me while Angie was away. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness and the exceptional customer service I received. I must give; however, the biggest thanks to Michael Andersen, one of their newest salespeople who was assisting Nicholas. Michael walked me through the dealership and explained all the nuances of each of the cars I was interested in – literally everything about the Nissan Pathfinder, Nissan Rogue and listened and talked to me about concerns I had with the Nissan Rogue. We walked up on the Nissan Kicks, and I knew that was my car. It wasn’t the color I wanted but Michael made sure that I got the beautiful Scarlet Ember color I wanted with the full package. Good deals but didn't get to purchase a car today. Have to get a cosigner. Plenty of choices payments okay. Problems with using my old vechile as a trade in. Interested in selling my jeep and using the funds for the purchase of a new car.

I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

Love my Nissan Armada! The room inside is more than any other big car I have owned. I like all of the features but wish it had a few more that I'm used to having, like seat adjustment memory settings and auto bright lights but the rest of the features are great! I wish it got better gas mileage but I knew it didn't when I bought it. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who wants a large, full-size car!

This SUV has everything any size family could ask for, space, comfort, entertainment for the kids...well worth the extra money. This is my second Armada and probably not the last! Great vehicle Nissan!

This SUV was a STEAL!! You basically got an INFINITI QX80 - same engine and Horsepower for about $28,000 LESS. If you needed to have the LUXURY BRAND BADGES and GRILL, spend the extra $28,000. As to the "Expert's Review" she was DEAD wrong especially her summary on handling. With that 390HP V8 the Armada is quick off-the-line and is quiet and comfortable on the Highway. Handling is "more like a sportscar - and not trucky like an SUV" - my wife's summary of it. As to turning, anytime at an intersection, if you have to make a U-Turn, the Armada turns tight. I totally disagree with the "Experts" review. Handling is quick and responsive. My wife summed it up best- it does NOT drive like a truck and she is only 5' and loves driving it. We have about 84,000 miles on it and no problems. Changing Oil and Filter, Battery, etc. regular maintenance only. As to handling - we DID put on Bridgestone Duelers tires which may respond better than whatever the "Expert" was driving on. I would recommend the Armada over a Cadillac Escalade any day. We test drove, the Escalade, Denali, and Tahoe as well as the VW Toureg before buying the Armada. ALSO NOT MENTIONED was the extended warranty you could have bought directly from Nissan on this truck for an added price $4,200 for Ten Years/120,000 miles. This is a great truck that drives more like a sportscar. With what we saved on NOT buying a Luxury Brand like Cadillac or Infiniti - we bought a loaded Altima 3.5L (V6) with the money. The wife prefers driving the Armada than the Altima because she sits high in it and can see over cars in front of her.

I never thought I would enjoy driving a large vehicle but I love this car I feel safe and the car holds its own on the road a great vehicle. The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. I will never own a small vehicle again this car live up to its quality.
