We just bought this car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown in Utah. And we loved this car. we were pretty hesitant because cost and family budget but now that we have it we cant look back it is an awesome car to run, very smooth and comfortable even though I am only 5'2. love the fact the third row is pretty comfortable. The downside is the gas consumption but the power the V8 gives makes it all worth it. Hands up for Jose Escamilla and Seth Petersen they are awesome at what they do and help you all the way.

10/10 recommend!! Mark Raleigh and Tara Castillo were phenomenal in executing my out of state purchase. Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. In under an hour we were in on the road with our new car! Mark followed up to ensure we made it back safely to Colorado, and that we had no issues along the way. Highly recommend for both in state and out of state purchases.

Very attentive to my request. They are not pushy. I really felt like they listened to me. They have options for financing and if they do not have what you need, they can get it. Respectful, honest, friendly and educated in auto sales! I recommend Zoom Auto Sales to anyone who is interested in buying a used car.

It ok except for suspension and steering. Handles very poorly on rough roads and steering is very loose and sloppy. Other than that I love the way it looks.

Dealt with Justin and Victor and these were great. Nice to go into a dealership and don’t have to play the numbers game. They were straight up front with my trade-in and a fair price on their vehicle. We looked at several 12-14 f150’s and there’s was the nicest one we found with the options we were looking for. They went through America first credit union for the loan and even found me a lower rate that I could get with my credit union. Definitely will recommend these guys to all my friends and family!

Not only was buying our new car fast it was easy and fun! Financing was quick, easy and painless. The cost of the car was completely transparent, well explained and haggle free. The descriptions of the vehicle online were spot on - nothing to hide or diminish. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. I never thought I would enjoy driving a large vehicle but I love this car I feel safe and the car holds its own on the road a great vehicle. The car has many features I for one is constantly learning the ride is comfortable, and relaxing I believe this will be my lady car I purchase. I will never own a small vehicle again this car live up to its quality.

Caden is awesome. Hiccups with lending meant he had to work overtime to help get an approval. Caden managed to work it out, keep me apprised, and get me in a pretty amazing car in a timely manner.

They asked US what WE wanted and OUR budget. Then they pulled each car up to us while we waited in the showroom. No pressures. No price haggling. Superstore inventory on their massive lot. No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity. Amazing full size suv, spacious, comfortable, filled with technology. My platinum is excellent to travel with 2 small dogs and golf bags. Not fuel efficient for 2023 gas prices. Well, will keep my amazing toy no matter the gas price. As a Nissan employee lease member, we try and change cars every 7 to 9 months, so far the armada is my top 2 behind the Infiniti qx60.

I purchased my Honda CRV here in 2019. Had it about 6 ninth then Covid hit. I called Steve in the service department to ask for help because i had killed 4 batteries from Auto Zone. Great vehicle, comfortable, has power to spare with 5.3 engine, it has 20” wheels. It is the Platinum model with all the accessories. Three row seating which is easily accessible.

Back in April 2022, I rented a 2021 black/chrome Armada SV from a local rental agency for my wife, 13-year-old daughter, and I to drive from Reno, NV to Prestonsburg, KY. A distance of nearly 2,300 miles one way, but we wound up putting nearly 7k miles on the car during the 9 days we had it. We had actually ordered a mini-van for the trip, but the person returning the mini-van the day before we were to take possession of it had accidentally broke the rear window. Therefore, the only large vehicle left was the Armada. Initially we were unhappy with this choice as the cost of gas was way up at this point, and I knew the Armada had terrible gas mileage! It advertised 19 MPG on the highway! However, my family fell in love with the voluminous interior, great driver seating position, leather interior, and amazing power! My wife has a long history of back issues and she had never been on a car ride of this length without suffering some pain, but she really did not feel any discomfort in the Armada. With the normally aspirated V8, putting out 400 HP the Armada felt very powerful, and prompt at delivering all the power needed for the moment. We typically cruised for many miles at an average speed of 80 MPH, and never felt the least sense of unsteadiness, or untoward behavior from this 4-wheel drive vehicle. Our actual MPG ended up averaging 16 MPG, but despite that both my wife and I are determined to buy our own Armada soon!

Dane in the service department was very communicative, calling every step of the way to repair two issues, one of which no one had ever been able to solve. He had a senior tech who was very familiar with my Hyundai model assigned, and it was finally fixed. They even have a video feature so I could see the part needing to be cleaned out. I'm very impressed with how communicative the service department is, and when I came to pick up the car, it had been washed as well. Top flight service.

Amazing ride and very roomy. The platinum Armada is a great family car. We are very happy with our purchase and Heritage Nissan. We love it!!
