We pretty much waked in off the street and Peter took good care of us. Listened to what we were looking for and presented numerous options. He stayed late, past closing, to make sure we found what we were looking for. Although we haven’t taken delivery yet of the vehicle (due to our own personal timing and availability), everything so far has been smooth and pleasant.

Without pressure but with a lot of patience and knowledge of the product the sale ran smoothly throughout. Patricia likes her customers and wants the each customer to be satisfied with their purchase. She takes you through every aspect of the tech. in the vehicle and makes sure you are able to work all the bells, whistles and gadgets! She encourages questions and calls and does it all with a smile. The entire team at Dartmouth Nissan are just that, a team. I have been dealing with Nissan 24 for the purchase or lease of new cars for a long time. Why do I keep coming back? In a one word answer- Ed McCarthy. I think of Ed as the person that helps me purchase what I want at the price I want to pay as opposed to the person trying to sell me a car. No pressure, smooth and satisfactory transaction every time. Many years of experience in the business complement his people skills.

I purchased my pre-owned pickup truck here years ago, and never left a review. I've had great luck with the truck over the years and no complaints from any of the Nucar Nissan departments I.E Sales, parts and the service department. The customer service is always great. I had agreat experience with Nissan 24 today, I walked in without an appointment to buy a new Nissan Rogue. I was received like a famous person, I get acquainted with Sales Consultant Guy VanStory and the whole stuff very fast. Their courtesy, experience and professionalism were outstanding, specially Guy VanStory went above and beyond to help me make the perfect choice for my need and financing. I amazed and grateful of the experience and feel very happy that I chose Nissan 24 to purchase my car.

We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle for our son from Nucar Nissan and our experience was very good. Our sales associate, Craig Adams, was experienced, friendly, low-pressure and patient. He worked hard, going through three different vehicles on the lot with us in the rain, bringing them around for us to drive. Reviewing Carfax, giving us honest advice and then being transparent with us during the sales process was most appreciated. There was a bit of an issue (not with Craig) when it came time to close on the car price and they’d added $1850 in charges for a LoJack, wheel locks, an extra key fob and all weather floor mats. I thought that was VERY pricey for a used Kia Forte. We worked on it and I got it down to $1000 for locks, a fob and mats. Still think that’s a bit much, but they worked with me a little on the car price, so it almost evened out. It was a little disconcerting on a car at this price level but I felt OK about it in the end, because those were items we wanted with the car.. I think that those items should be listed out separately and offered to the buyer, not just tossed in, forcing me to work to ask what it is and why it was almost 10% of the car’s price. I did not appreciate that part of the purchase. Buyer beware. Overall though, Craig was great and Sami, the finance manager was good as well. Save for the $1800 at closing, the experience was very good. We kept them past closing and they were fine. They worked hard for the sale and were very appreciative of our business. Five stars for Craig and his customer service. - he was amazing Taking one star off for the pricing issue I had to negotiate, unnecessary work and sort of a hidden charge I didn’t appreciate. Overall, a very good experience.

Ed McCarthy is the best! I met him in 1997 when I purchased my first Nissan Maxima at the dealership now known as Nissan 24.
