I was very satsified with my Nissan frontier 4 wheel drive my husband also likes it will like it more when get use to all the gadgets.

I had an overall really good experience. This is the purchase of my first car, personally, I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding the automotive industry and mechanics, so the guidance from the salesperson was very helpful and it's clear that it was in her interest for me to get the best deal possible. One thing I would recommend as an improvement is that I felt pressured to make a decision at points in the process. I understand that the role of a salesperson is to guide the customer into making a decision, but sometimes I felt that not all of my doubts were answered, or that there wasn't enough clarity on what stage of the process we were in. Additionally, the car turned out to have a malfunction on the battery two days after the purchase, which shows that the repair process wasn't done with extreme attention to detail. However, the staff was efficient and really helpful in fixing the issue and ensuring I was satisfied with my choice. The thing I'll highlight the most about the experience is the dedication to the customer and the desire for me to get a great deal.

Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had over the years the salesman (Rahim) that handled my business was polite courteous and went out of his way to make us happy. I never met the manager but they were very accommodating with negotiations. I will go back there in the future.

Great vehicle, an upgrade over past model years. Best of all, it’s a great value and a pleasure to drive. Glad I waited for the 2025 models to get the Pro4X with the long bed!

After bring back for the third time, the mechanic this time found the problem within 30 minutes of examining my car. The service advisor kept me informed and was instrumental in relaying to the mechanic my exact description(s) of what was wrong or malfunctioning.

Like the looks of this truck. I bought me a Pro4x and loving it. Ed Martin on Shadeland ave was awesome in helping me get my truck and what I needed. They did a great job.

Overall the experience and customer service is my favorite part of this location. I brought my car for service then attempted to buy or lease a car. Although I drove home with my original car the experience and customer service I received was amazing. Thanks again

Gabriel made the transaction smooth and simple. He was able to get me the car I was looking for. He worked with my budget and made it happen. My wife and I came in looking for a 2024 Nissan Frontier S King Cab 2WD. The price was good, but during the buying process our sales advisor Jerry also showed us a 2024 NISSAN Frontier PRO-X. For $500 more this truck had less mileage, 3-person passenger seating and safety driving features. This truck fit our budget and in the end we decided that this was the truck for us! The processing of the purchase was seamless albeit still a long processing time. We got a truck that fit our budget and still had enough left over to purchase a 7-yr CPO wrap-around bumper-bumper warranty that gave my wife and I peace of mind.
