My service was great at Lia,Queensbury.It always is!Aaron Boule came out got my car and escorted me into the customer longe. I met with a salesman and test drove a new ROGUE. I would have loved to test a KICKS but they don't have electric seats .I most likely would have seriously thought of trading if the KICKS met my wants.Was disappointed to not see Joanne in the service center,but later learned she has retired..Thank you LIA for my great service.

I was very satsified with my Nissan frontier 4 wheel drive my husband also likes it will like it more when get use to all the gadgets.

Friendly and courteous staff at Lia Nissan Colonie. Were most impressed with our sales consultant, Jaymarc Flores. He listened to our wants for a new car and make sure he showed us a vehicle that was what we were looking for. Marc made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and the process of leasing it. At no time did we feel pressured to lease from Lia and because of that we left the dealership with a newly leased Rogue. Thank you, Marc and we will definitely return to Lia again and deal with you.

Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

This is the fourth consecutive Nissan (2017 Murano, 2020 Murano, 2023 Rogue, and now 2026 Rogue -- all "Platinum" trim level) that I've leased with the terrific folks at Lia Nissan of Colonie. All four experiences have been efficient and expedient, and I have always enjoyed the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. It all starts with the expertise and knowledge of the general manager Dave Bertuch who always treats me with the utmost respect while putting together "the best possible deal." Then this particular leasing & delivery day (9/26/2025) continued with the sales associate Robert Challacombe and financial consultant Michael Dwarika. Robert spent a good amount of time with me reviewing the leasing process and then proceeded to show me everything I needed to know about the car itself, and Michael explained all the financial details and involved paperwork. All three gentlemen were excellent at their jobs, and I felt like they went "above and beyond" with how they treated me in creating a very smooth process. The entire experience was flawless, simple, and an absolute pleasure ! And I also need to mention service manager Tim Russo and his skilled staff, who have always taken very good care of me. This dealership (DJ at the Queensbury location), with whom you should certainly speak) sold me a car when I was having a tough time getting through the the whole deal process. Extremely professional, and at the same time personal. DJ listened to what I wanted as far as a car, and the result was beyond my expectations. The staff there were friendly, and we even had a brief pizza party while waiting on the paperwork. Great local pizza as well!
