My service was great at Lia,Queensbury.It always is!Aaron Boule came out got my car and escorted me into the customer longe. I met with a salesman and test drove a new ROGUE. I would have loved to test a KICKS but they don't have electric seats .I most likely would have seriously thought of trading if the KICKS met my wants.Was disappointed to not see Joanne in the service center,but later learned she has retired..Thank you LIA for my great service.

Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

Friendly and courteous staff at Lia Nissan Colonie. Were most impressed with our sales consultant, Jaymarc Flores. He listened to our wants for a new car and make sure he showed us a vehicle that was what we were looking for. Marc made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and the process of leasing it. Then this particular leasing & delivery day (9/26/2025) continued with the sales associate Robert Challacombe and financial consultant Michael Dwarika. Robert spent a good amount of time with me reviewing the leasing process and then proceeded to show me everything I needed to know about the car itself, and Michael explained all the financial details and involved paperwork. All three gentlemen were excellent at their jobs, and I felt like they went "above and beyond" with how they treated me in creating a very smooth process.
