Roman Laux was AMAZING! We walked in to get our older car serviced and my wife and I decided to look around the lot to see what kind of ideal car we would want. Roman came out and immediately asked if we needed help. After sitting down and seeing the numbers Roman helped us get the deal of a life time. Roman is easy to talk to and will help with any questions or prices of your range you are looking for. Coming here a while ago but was stuck in a car and Ashley F. Broke it down to me certain options that I couldn’t take. Now I’m back 11/13/2025 she’s helping me again and putting me into a car . I talked with the Service Manager I believe his name was Aaron and I feel a little better, Not a 100% But I do thank him for trying to make things right. I’ll just see what my next visit is like.

Recently traveled from our home in extreme Northern Minnesota to Texas for grandson's graduation, experienced an issue with right rear tire--came OFF the wheel hub! Called State Line Nissan, needed a tow, and they directed us to towing service and got our car in to evaluate problem and repair needed. The Service Department personnel were great--courteous, accommodating, and told us all along the way what they found and what was needed. As we were traveling, they did their best to get us back on the road safely as soon as possible. We are lucky to be alive, but even luckier that we were helped by such a great group of people and technicians. Highest praises--and a huge THANK YOU to State Line Nissan! PS--we continued our journey and made it to Texas and grandson's special day in plenty of time.

The free snacks and coffee are a nice touch while you wait! The shop staff as well as the customer service folks are very friendly and knowledgeable.
