From my salesman, Lawrence Phillips, who can tell you every detail about ANY car on the lot, to the sales manager and account manager, frankly all the way up to the Dealership owner. These gentle people are outstanding! I just purchased my Sixth vehicle from them. They always take the time to listen to my wants and needs in a vehicle and payment. Never putting me into a payment I can't afford or a vehicle that makes me settle for less than I want. Service is prompt, completely transparent pricing and above all done with a please and thank you attitude towards my convenience. I've not met a single employee that has not totally impressed me. My family and I were on a road trip and had gotten a flat tire so needed to get it fix. We called several dealerships but couldn’t get any help, until we called Ben Mynatt Nissan. I spoke with their Service Department and they we very helpful from the get go. I made sure that they had the specific right tire that I needed and they did. The Service Advisor, Adam and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone to go see them.

Let me start off saying I recently bought a Nissan Armada from Asheboro Nissan and my experience was great ! Don't put a lot of stock in dealer ratings . I did and it turned out the opposite was true . Asheboro didn't have the exact vehicle i was looking for but Faith and A. J. worked very hard to get it from other dealers that didn't want to give it up and wanted several thousand dollars more . They gave me a great price right off the bat and stuck with it . When I got the call from Faith saying they finally had it that made my day for sure ! I was treated fairly and friendly by everybody there and I say if you're interested in buying a vehicle I strongly recommend you give Faith and A. J. a chance to make your day !

I can’t say enough good things about Modern Nissan and Gil Bracy. From the sales, finance, service depts etc., everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I bought a 2019 Rogue from Gil and he was so great to work with I just traded in and bought a 2025 Rogue from Gil, he’s is honest, explains everything about your new vehicle and if you have any questions he is happy to help even after your purchase! This dealership is honestly the best I’ve been too!!
