I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. They took the time to show me a few cars I was interested in before I was able to make my decision. It has been a fantastic experience and a very smooth transition from beginning to the end, thanks to guys like Joel, Oscar, Mike and Jhonatan. 195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

I have to be honest with you guys. I had the most over top amazing experience. My sales person was Monique and she took the time and listened to everything that I was interested in. It was kind of sticky at first however, I got it done. I am in a brand new 2025 Nissan rogue with eight hole miles on it. I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

I'm fond of smaller trucks, had 3 Rangers over a 20 year period. Lost interest when they stopped production. However ownership of a large dog caused me to reconsider a truck's utility over our SUV. The Frontier crew cab with fold up rear seats provides easy access and a safer environment for our pooch. The ride and handling is quite good, power is more than adequate. The truck is a real pleasure to drive, although steering is on the heavy side. One of the few items that could be improved. I own the SV model with leather interior, love that feature as a dog owner. Perhaps the best feature is the price, typically 1,000's less than the competition. Must say the Frontier works well for me and certainly should serve the needs for most truck buyers.

I looked in depth at number of mid-sized trucks and landed a final decision on the Frontier Pro-4X. I previously owned a full size truck but the large size for keeping in garage, parking and navigating parking lots was getting to be a real pain. I also owned a previous Frontier model but the new updated one is just so much better. The overall ride is smooth but you still get the feel of a truck. The exterior look is the best in class and technology is up to date. Navigating the controls has both manual and touch screen functions. I like to be able to control the heat/AC with manual buttons as well as the audio. The Pro-4X trim is both appealing and worth the increased costs. My only negatives are the front seats could be a bit more comfortable and the passenger seat should come with an option to be power seats.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.

Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

Have had it only one day. Drives nicely and handles very well for a pickup. The ride and noise level are exceptionally smooth and quiet. Not just for a small truck but any vehicle. Overall very nice.

I went from a 2015 frontier pro4x to a 2020 frontier midnight edition only thing the midnight didn’t have was gps xm radio the truck has more power better handling in my opinion no problems with this truck

Interested in looking at a Grand Highlander Hybrid. Denise Rand was the sales rep. After driving vehicles, it was decided that a Grand Highland was more suited to our needs and we purchased one, Both Denise and Heath Kidder were extremely helpful in the process and a true joy to work with. My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

I have a crew cab long box, 0nly 60000km on it right now, now issues- turning radius isn't great, im used to having to go back and forth 4-5 times to park, mirrors don't show enough, mileage is terrible, it has all the bells and whistles i need- truck has been very good. will hang onto it till it gives me serious issues--4 stars-
