On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. Very friendly, laid back bunch of folks with no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend these people to handle your next vehicle buying experience. I am writing this letter to commend Ashley Whitford, Owner Loyalty Manager at Mike Rezi Nissan, for the outstanding customer service she provided during a recent issue I experienced with my vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Mercedes from your dealership, and after only a week of ownership, the car began having problems. The check engine light came on, and the vehicle felt as if it did not want to pull. I reached out to the dealership several times in hopes of speaking with a salesman or manager, but unfortunately, I did not receive a call back. After a few days, AJ contacted me and asked me to bring the vehicle back so it could be sent to the service department. After the car was there for about a week, I received a call explaining that the vehicle carried a 30-day/1,000-mile warranty, which had expired since the car had reached 1,600 miles. I was frustrated and asked to speak with the store manager, and that is when I was connected with Ashley. From the very beginning, Ashley demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and true dedication to customer satisfaction. She carefully listened to my concerns, explained the situation, and then went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Although the warranty had technically expired, Ashley assured me that, out of good faith, the dealership would perform a one-time goodwill repair. She acknowledged the difficulties I had gone through, including the fact that I had to bring the car back from Alabama, and she made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Because of her commitment, compassion, and willingness to help, what started as a stressful and disappointing experience turned into a positive one. Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

CJ was a blessing for my wife and I. Helped us find the perfect car. We ran into an issue with one of the features before signing with finance and CJ went to bat for us to ensure we were taken care of. I’m not typically a dealership guy but I would come back to work with CJ again.

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

I was told that I needed rear shock's by the mechanic but I had my rear shock's changed about two weeks ago, so not sure what the mechanic was seeing that had him/her think that I needed the repair🤔

Great truck. Fits in your garage. Has a real frame. Made in Canton Mississippi with 86% American made parts. The big three can't claim that. Nicked named the Beast. They aren't kidding.

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.

Have had it only one day. Drives nicely and handles very well for a pickup. The ride and noise level are exceptionally smooth and quiet. Not just for a small truck but any vehicle. Overall very nice.

195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

I'm fond of smaller trucks, had 3 Rangers over a 20 year period. Lost interest when they stopped production. However ownership of a large dog caused me to reconsider a truck's utility over our SUV. The Frontier crew cab with fold up rear seats provides easy access and a safer environment for our pooch. The ride and handling is quite good, power is more than adequate. The truck is a real pleasure to drive, although steering is on the heavy side. One of the few items that could be improved. I own the SV model with leather interior, love that feature as a dog owner. Perhaps the best feature is the price, typically 1,000's less than the competition. Must say the Frontier works well for me and certainly should serve the needs for most truck buyers.

We were shopping for a new Nissan Armada and found one with all the features we liked online at Regal Nissan. It was pouring rain when our scheduled appointment arrived, but Irish already had our Armada pulled into the covered garage for us to check out. The whole experience was easy and felt like working with family. We bought our first brand new family car, a 2021 Armada from Irish at Regal Auto. Being a GM guy, the experience here makes me want to change to Nissan when time for a new truck.

I looked in depth at number of mid-sized trucks and landed a final decision on the Frontier Pro-4X. I previously owned a full size truck but the large size for keeping in garage, parking and navigating parking lots was getting to be a real pain. I also owned a previous Frontier model but the new updated one is just so much better. The overall ride is smooth but you still get the feel of a truck. The exterior look is the best in class and technology is up to date. Navigating the controls has both manual and touch screen functions. I like to be able to control the heat/AC with manual buttons as well as the audio. The Pro-4X trim is both appealing and worth the increased costs. My only negatives are the front seats could be a bit more comfortable and the passenger seat should come with an option to be power seats.
