Pushing 60, and this time around wasn't my first car-buying rodeo by any means. Our family has bought/leased over 8 vehicles from Rockland Nissan (after always shopping around) in the pas 17 years. EVERY TIME we rolled out of there we thought we got the deal of the CENTURY...... but this time was different. My hopes were not high. I'm now a Disabled Vet, and while everyone is appreciative, you don't take home much of a paycheck. I had a 10 year old 125,000 mile trade in and NO CASH in my pocket, so I didn't expect to get much better than a upgraded used car on my budget. Then....... Tim O'Keefe to the rescue, Seal Team 6 Style....... BRAND NEW NISSAN SENTRA SV with all the gadgets WITH TWO YEAR MAINTENANCE... LESS THAN $219 a month, NO CASH DOWN!!!! Just when you think it can't be done, ROCKLAND NISSAN CAN. Just tell them what you want and what you can do a month, and they will work with you till they get it done!! EXCEPTIONAL!!! Still pinching myself........ :-)

Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. I was very satsified with my Nissan frontier 4 wheel drive my husband also likes it will like it more when get use to all the gadgets.

Great deals and even greater people. I bought a brand new 2021 rogue with a rebuilt title from these guys. The car had 48 miles on it and I saved thousands of dollars

Great truck. Fits in your garage. Has a real frame. Made in Canton Mississippi with 86% American made parts. The big three can't claim that. Nicked named the Beast. They aren't kidding.

I have buying cars at Saw Mill Auto since 2001,(that s right 2001 ) They are the best, otherwise I would not still be a customer.To those who gave them a poor review, one visit doesn't determine how they are.

Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.

Empire Nissan was a great experience! In and out in record timing (an hour!). Johnathan Marte (sales rep) was exceptional! Only negative about the Frontier is the way to hang up clothes behind the seat. Not a convenient hook for clothes hangers, so rigged up a line across from side to side. Very happy with everything else about the Frontier.

Have had it only one day. Drives nicely and handles very well for a pickup. The ride and noise level are exceptionally smooth and quiet. Not just for a small truck but any vehicle. Overall very nice.

I initially went on cargarus to look for another used vehicle; Shane was the 1st person from many dealerships I was looking through from many different vehicles. The car I test drove was great though my credit wasn't that great nor did I have a co-signer. What he did though was contacted me immediately when he had a vehicle around price range, asked my thoughts & most importantly spoke to bank as my down payment was low and gave me a decent price for my trade-in amongst many more other benefits. I had never had anyone work with me rather against when it came to buying a car as much as he did and boss.. I will def keep going back in future, overall I am a happy customer & when it comes to service on vehicle you definitely don't feel like your being robbed. Customer service in all areas is way better than alot of places in this Era.. :)

I'm fond of smaller trucks, had 3 Rangers over a 20 year period. Lost interest when they stopped production. However ownership of a large dog caused me to reconsider a truck's utility over our SUV. The Frontier crew cab with fold up rear seats provides easy access and a safer environment for our pooch. The ride and handling is quite good, power is more than adequate. The truck is a real pleasure to drive, although steering is on the heavy side. One of the few items that could be improved. I own the SV model with leather interior, love that feature as a dog owner. Perhaps the best feature is the price, typically 1,000's less than the competition. Must say the Frontier works well for me and certainly should serve the needs for most truck buyers.

Was the best experience in the purchase of my son's first vehicle. This was our first time at Northway. No delays in obtaining financing and the truck runs great. Took all of the used car worry out of the picture. Do no wonder about it just go and see for yourself. I would recommend Northway 100%.
