I bought my Impreza here in 2015 and have been coming here ever since. The always have the best service department employees, and in the past I have been frustrated with the customer review merit system of their employees, always finding my service liaison to no longer be there when I go in again. This is an upper management and corporate policy problem. Because I will tell you I have always, every time, received exemplary service. This time, Ioan aka Johnny took care of me. He was amazing! My son is in the automotive industry out of state as well, and with Johnny, he was the next best to having my son take care of me. He kept me informed of progress and findings very frequently, always making sure I was comfortable and asking if I needed anything. The facility of course is very comfortable and clean, with snacks and drinks available. I have loved this dealership since I first walked in May 2015, but today? Johnny went above and beyond and made the experience excellent. Thanks!

I've gotten alot of compliments on this car. Have had no mechanical or transmission or electrical issues ever. Cute car. Highly recommend.

Drove 3 1/2 hours hoping to make a deal. Was only willing to since there were so many great reviews. Just got back yesterday. My salesman was Aaron M. What a treat he was. Discovered he was originally from just 30 min away from my hometown. We quickly we able to cut through the chase and make a deal. He was a joy to work with. We also had contact with Jake & George. Each of them seem to have great mid-western values. I will be looking here again when it comes time to look for another new/used car. Excellent service from top to bottom.

This car is awesome! I love all the features and how to drives. Plenty of power. Great gas mileage. I bought this to replace the Juke that someone totaled. I owned my previous Juke, a 2012, for 9 months and only got rid of it because someone hit it. Love the car!!!!!

I have only driven Mercedes Benz cars and suv's for the last 12 years as a travel nurse I was paying so much for rental cars when I worked out of state and decided to buy a car. I found a Juke which I figured was cute but won't be comfortable or reliable just anA to B car..... WRONG! I fell in love with this little car it's amazing, comfortable, cute reliable and I bought a used 8-year-old juke with 164,000 miles and it starts and runs like a champ and has options to change drive modes like my Mercedes!!! LOVE IT!!!

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sam Thurman was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have been back with questions and he has been kind and helpful. Next time we need a vehicle we will be back to have Sam help us. The financer that we worked with was not professional as we felt very pressured.

I love this car. Its just my size. Its economical and inspite of the 4 cy linder engine has a lot of speed. Easy to park due to small size.

My service experiences are excellent. John my Service Advisor walked me thru what would be happening to my vehicle. He kept me informed all through the process. The facility is spotless and everyone is very friendly. I drive 45 minutes to get there and it's worth it.

This car has more room than my other car and also a sunroof. CD player ,IPOD, AM-FM stereo, it has all that I wanted in a car. I have not driven a stick shift in 40 years, have not forgotten how. Love it. Good power and good gas milage.

Nissan Juke is one of most reliable compact SUVs and can last very time. There are a lot of Nissan Jukes on road over 100,000 miles, still running greatly.

I absolutely love my 2013 Juke. I bought it used in 2017 with 67,000 miles on it, and it is currently 2025 with 196,000 miles on it. It has been reliable, consistent, and has survived multiple cross country road trips and work commutes. Literally the only work I've had to get done on it is normal maintenance. Just this week my transmission has started acting up. I've been told that its amazing that it took this long to start having issues. I love how the car handles, I get a lot of compliments on it. It has some nice get-up when you're getting on the freeway. Although it's compact, it also has a surprising amount of cabin space when you let the seats down. I absolutely love this car, and if it wasn't discontinued I would be purchasing it again!

This car is absolutely perfect - it's compact, reliable, the seats fold down and there's a lot of room! It handles INCREDIBLY and is so comfortable for long drives. There is limited leg room in the back seat so I wouldn't recommend this vehicle for a family or people who need a lot of space.

I'm sad that Nissan is no longer making this model. This is a sexy sport cross over car. I haven't had any problem with that car since i purchased it except for normal service and stuffs. Smooth and classy. The prior owner treated the car really nice.

I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. The Juke is very different looking at is really fun. You have all kinds of people looking at you in the car and you can try to figure out if they like it or think its weird. Then when you drive you have so much fun! Quick, easy, trendy.. all positive adjectives!
