Purchased my second video this year with Jaime, everything was great. He goes out of his way to make sure my family and I had a great experience.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

I was treated so well at Toyota of Cedar Park. My sales person was Damian Denova , he was so knowledgeable , honest and helpful. I bought a Rav 4 and absolutely love it. I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. I was also helped one day by Jessie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager Michael really made me feel like a valued customer. Looks great packed with features some being more advanced than models ahead of its class. The SR premium makes you feel like you got something special, auto dim mirror , heated seats, ambient lighting, leather with sporty orange stitching , able to use features with mynissan app... the cvt is definitely not my favorite style transmission, its different than the 5spds im use to. Drives smooth fantastic fuel economy and all for a price i can live with !!

2024 Nissan Kicks is not going to win any races. It is very sluggish at times. Rear seat space is less than desirable. But it is very enjoyable to drive. I normally get 40 MPG on the interstate driving to Charleston, SC, from Asheville, NC. It handles well, compact and very sharp looking car. Great price point for the features. Comes with an unlimited milage powertrain warranty. 3-year 45K miles bumper to bumper and free maintenance for the first 3 years.

Absolutely love everything about our new Jones Nissan Kicks we purchased. Very dependable, comfortable and great on gas mileage. We highly recommend this vehicle to everyone.

I like this car in terms of design, how it drives, interior, exterior, all functions are available, also heated steering wheel, very interesting car, but one thing I don't like is the fuel consumption, my dealer deceived me by saying that the car consumes 8 liters in the city and 6 outside the city, don't believe me, the average figure is 15.5 liters, I don't know where such consumption comes from.

Staff are knowledgeable fast and professional, and worth the drive for the customer service.

Today I arrived to get oil changed on my car. Amy took care of my car. It usually takes over 90 mins service. Today in less than 60 mins my car was not only taken care of the oil changes, check all car points, fluids and rotated tires and check the air, it was also washed!!! I am impressed with Amy team speedy and efficient service. I am very happy with the high quality service, so from now on I will only ask for her assistance. Amy is an invaluable efficient and friendly Customer Service agent asset in your agency.

I have fond memories of taking my car in for servicing and getting it back washed and vacuumed, but was disappointed to see that services is no longer provided. I still trust AutoNation for my vehicle serving, however. I have purchased previous vehicles from AutoNation, but this vehicle was not purchased there.

Brought my car in for regular maintenance. They did a good job. Pointed out a couple other things to do. I told them I would do it myself. They were fine with that.

The service I received was wonderful. And Joe was great. I came in for an oil change and was very pleased with the service. Upon checking out, Joe said that I had a discount certificate on the account. I really appreciate his honesty and applying that to my service bill. In a world where there?s so much dishonesty, it?s always a pleasant surprise when honesty is extended and applied to your situation.

Last minute oil change appt. They gave me excellent customer service, they did not try to upsell extra services. It took less than expected. Nice lobby. No complaints.
